Pros: Gute Ausstattung, alles sauber und wie beschrieben vorgefunden Cons: Man hat keine Privatsphäre da das Haus im Garten des Vermieters steht. Außerdem nimmt sich der Vermieter das Recht raus, in Abwesenheit der Mieter das Haus zu betreten und zu kontrollieren.
