Guests also enjoy full, private access to the home's individual 1-car garage, private driveway, private balcony with a Weber gas grill, and the private 6-person hot tub located on the lower level patio.

Outdoor enthusiasts can easily access an extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails right outside their door. For water recreation, the beautiful Dillon Reservoir is nearby, offering



Getting Around:

A vehicle is helpful for exploring regional hiking trailheads and nearby lakes, though local travel is highly convenient. Guests can easily access the FREE Breck Free Ride bus system, which provides seamless transport to major points of interest throughout Breckenridge. Private parking is available on-site for 2 vehicles, split between the individual garage and the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please be aware that street parking is strictly prohibited at this property. Vehicles parked on the street will be ticketed and towed immediately.



It is imperative that guests keep the heated garage door completely closed at all times when not entering or exiting, as exposed pipes in the garage will freeze in colder temperatures.
