Maintenance subpar Jacuzzi jets never worked, had to ask twice to get stuff fixed in room. Meeting other guests, they seemed to have the same experience with the front desk.

Registration desk lady was not pleasant. Room was nice, but washer did not work, but they sent repairman out to fix. Microwave handle was broken. Mattress in guest room was not pleasant. You could feel the wires too easily but overall a great room and location

The building is in a great location. The condo itself was not I was expecting. The master bedroom bed was hard as a rock. There is no good lighting all through out the condo. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, clean & well maintained

Wonderful week. All of dishes & pans appeared brand new. I didn’t need to call maintenance for anything. King bed was comfortable. Queen, second bedroom needed the new mattress pad and sheets put on, which were in the closet. I didn’t use the room, just sampled the bed/sheets and thought an upgrade was required. I hope housecleaning will put on the new bedding, and all was great! Would definitely rent the same unit again.

Reviewer Comments: overall ok...a few minor issues but the rental agency addressed them. biggest issue was the discovery of a "special item" in the master bedroom drawer as we were confirming we did not leave anything upon check-out. note sure how something "special" was not noticed and handled by the cleaning crew prior to our arrival. put a sour note at the end of our trip; glad my children didn't find it
