The living area has a large flat-screen TV, upscale furnishings, and a gas fireplace; it’s a wonderful place to relax after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining table and two at the counter.

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski-in, ski-out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
