For shared use: property 7'500 m2, large garden 2'500 m2 (fenced), meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 14.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. In the house: washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Casa Faretto hält, was es verspricht. Die Vermieter A. und F. kümmern stets um die vollste Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste. Die luxuriöse, moderne Ferienwohnung ist sauber und rund um voll ausgestattet. In ruhiger Lage zwischen Haselnuss- und Weinplantagen liegt die Ferienunterkunft auf einem Hügel mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Zur Autobahn und zum Supermarkt legt man weniger als 15 Minuten zurück. Die eigene App bietet Tipps und Empfehlungen in der Umgebung. Besser geht es fast nicht!

Wij hebben enorm genoten op deze fantastische plek. Het huis is nieuw, netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien en hoogwaardig afgewerkt. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal en een plek met veel privacy.

Besser geht es nicht

Casa Faretto hält, was es verspricht! Die Unterkunft liegt mit wunderschönem Blick über das Piemont leicht erhöht zwischen Haselnuss- und Weinplantagen. Die Bilder im Internet versprechen genau das, was auch tatsächlich vorgefunden wird. Eine luxuriöse, gepflegte und sehr saubere Behausung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Vermieter Adrienne und Franz kümmern sich auf bezaubernde Art und Weise um ihre Gäste. Geht nicht-gibt's nicht lautet das Motto. Sogar in einer eigenen App werden Tipps und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Sobald es möglich ist, werden wir wieder kommen!

This house is more than wonderful with spacious rooms with every comfort, more than fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and huge garden with great views.
