The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please leave used beds, unmade so the cleaners know which bedding needs to be turned over. Please remove all of your food/drinks from the fridge/freezer.

Please leave the containers of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning products, etc as you found them.

Please pick up after your dog. Lock the basement door, leave keys on kitchen table. Leave the upstairs unlocked. Thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours from 9pm-7am out of respect to our year-round neighbors. Must disclose names of adult guests.

No pets on furniture.

No vaping, smoking, recreational drug use of any kind.

This is a fantastic property. The property was clean and well appointed. Having access to the private beach while being walking distance to the public beach and canal was fantastic -- the primary reason we chose this property. The host was very communicative throughout the entire process. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the property as well as the host!

Kristen our host was amazing and great with communications and very accommodating. Lovely home and location was great. It’s in a quet dead end road which lead into the private beach. The out door shower to clean off beach sands and beach chairs shovels beach cart and beach towels was definitely a bonus. I would love to stay here again in the future.
