Sagamore Beach Cottage récemment rénové. A 2 minutes à pied de la plage privée.

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement restaurĂ©e. Cuisine neuve, avec comptoirs en granit, grand Ăźlot central avec 6 places assises. Salle de bain neuve, avec serviettes incluses. Laveuse, sĂ©cheuse dans la cave. Il y a 3 chambres, 2 lits jumeaux et 2 reines flambant neuves, aussi, un canapĂ©-lit / futon, des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. Tous les draps inclus. Salon confortable. Enveloppez le pont avec vue sur le marais. Barbecue au gaz Weber, Keurig et douche extĂ©rieure fermĂ©e. Directement en face de la plage et du chemin de la plage et Ă  quelques pas des sables de sucre de la plage privĂ©e de Sagamore. Vous profiterez de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. Apportez vos serviettes de plage, cannes Ă  pĂȘche et vĂ©los. Juste en bas de la route privĂ©e menant Ă  la piste cyclable du canal Cape Cod de 8 km. Un magnifique chalet pour faire des souvenirs en famille.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last!

Just what we needed!

This is a lovely home with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want! The breeze was lovely and the walk to the beach, although a bit of a challenge in the sand, was worth it as it is a clean, quiet and private beach.We had the good fortune to see the full moon rising over the water- breathtaking!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and the owner’s were lovely. It was a perfect beach for our toddler. We would definitely come back again!!

Perfect accommodations for a family-a large kitchen and living space to relax. The beds are very comfortable and the Keurig coffee maker makes morning coffee quick and easy. The kitchen is stocked with many utensils and appliances. The private beach is across the street, be sure to wear sneakers for the walk back, it’s steep and sand-filled until you reach the boarded walkway.

Amazing location, sweet beach house, great getaway!

Loved our long weekend at this cozy, clean, renovated house. Beach across the street is gorgeous and surprisingly uncrowded—very good for small children as no waves and no undertow. We had a relaxing time visiting family members who live nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

Fabulous Christmas at the Cape!!

Beautiful range home. Lovely place with many new features, while keeping the beach like feel. Easily could fit 6 folks. About a 2 minute walk to beach. Easy access to many attractions and surrounding towns. Liz and John were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Big recommend!

Wonderful Cottage

Very peaceful area. Few foot steps from the beach. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. Washer and dryer is such a nice convenience. I am going to miss sitting on the patio and enjoying the tranquility. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Cape Cod. Thank you so much

Loved this cottage

My family (myself, my husband, my daughter and our 3 granddaughters, aged 5.4.and 2) had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was nice and clean and had a great layout, lovely yard for the girls to play in and a very short walk to a private beach where the girls enjoyed finding rocks and shells and chasing seagulls. Even though we didn't have the greatest weather, it was a nice get away and the girls (all of us) didn't want to leave I would highly recommend!

My husband (John) and I (Elizabeth) have been coming to the Cape for many years and we love the peace and tranquility of this beautiful setting on the marsh, located on a safe, private road. His parents brought him as a child to this very street and the legacy continues. We have 4 children and they love to come to the Cape and enjoy vacation and time with family and friends. We have brought many friends here and they love it too. Together, we have lovingly restored this property with excellent craftsmanship by my husband and much attention to cleaning between renters and continue to do so. My parents were hospitable and hotel managers in Scotland and we have carried this on here in America on the Cape.

This beach cottage is pristine, immaculate and well taken care of. It is cozy and well appointed. There is a brand new bathroom as well as a beautiful place to enjoy an outdoor shower that has been newly constructed by my husband. There is a private beach located directly across the street that is steps away to the sugar sands of private, Sagamore Beach. It is an oasis where one can take a walk on the beach or on the jetty by the canal to the lighthouse, with many beautiful photo opportunities. You can bring your bikes, scooters, boogie boards, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, tennis rackets or basketball to play down the road at the public courts or your favorite book to read on the beach or your deck.

Unique benefits to this home are the private beach on a private road that is tranquil and peaceful. It is beautiful and clean and the kitchen has an outstanding granite counter top island. It is a perfect place to connect with family and make beautiful memories in a laid back setting. If one needs to work remotely, then there is a strong internet signal to accommodate. Consider our home on the Cape and you won't be disappointed.
