Couples Getaway - 1BR, 1 Bath with full kitchen and 1 block from restaurants & shops! Located on Kalamazoo Lake with a great view of the water. Two furnished outdoor areas to enjoy - lakeside balcony, or front porch to watch the hustle and bustle of the town. Parking for one vehicle in front.

Lots of amenities included! Coffee, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towel, robe, toothbrushes/paste, cotton rounds, Q-tips, feminine supplies, white noisemaker, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, games/cards, etc.

NOTE: There is NO CABLE TV at this location - however we provide Roku TVs with free internet.

**Occupancy limit is 2**

NOTE: This property is part of a 3-unit building. The upper 2 units share a balcony but have separate areas for sitting (see photos). The unit is private, but is near the other 2, so please expect some interaction with other people on occasion - you WILL hear them during your stay. Because of this, we have provided noisemakers to help reduce any disturbances, but please know that the location of this unit is along the main street of Saugatuck, and summer months are busy and full of people enjoying themselves late into the night. :-)

We absolutely loved our stay! From The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do in Saugatuck, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind on the balcony overlooking the water. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clear that the owner takes pride in the property and truly cares about their guests’ experience. Communication was outstanding—the owner was responsive, and made everything easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our weekend in town for a wedding. We would happily stay again the next time we’re in Saugatuck. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located place to stay!
