About this space Located one block away from restaurants and shopping in the heart of Saugatuck, this 1bd 1ba suite has a private entrance, dedicated parking space and all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Your suite is on the lower level, and faces the street of this two story house. There are three suites in the home, and each have their own exterior entry door. Use the kitchen complete with cookware to prepare your meals, or take a short walk to the coffee shops and restaurants in town. The space We have tried our best to create a nice space for guests. Though it may not be perfect, we think it’s pretty great. Your space is part of what once was a single family home that has been split into three separate units. Each of them have their own entrance and dedicated parking spot. The noise in between units is minimal and shouldn't be a problem. The outdoor space includes a table and four chairs as well as a grill. The house is two blocks from town, so location is one of the greatest attributes of this space. The new bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, but is a bit on the tall side. Guest access You will have access to the first floor unit in the front of the house, as well as the outdoor patio and grill. You will have a private entrance on the right of the house and a dedicated off-street parking space (sometimes hard to find in Saugatuck!). The kitchen is fully stocked with dining and cooking dishes and appliances, including a standard coffee maker. The living room is comfortable and includes a tv with basic hulu streaming services. The wifi is excellent throughout the space. The bedroom includes a comfortable bed and two chairs. The living room couch also folds out to a bed, and there are spare sheets and bedding in the bedroom closet if needed. The bathroom has an oversized tub and includes shampoo, conditioner and bathsoap. The closet contains a few items that can be used for the beach. Other things to note We strive to gain a 5 star review from all our guests. In return, we are also generous with high ratings when giving guest reviews. A very lovely apartment right in the heart of Saugatuck. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Quick drive to Lake Michigan and many hiking trails. The hosts were warm and helpful. Great experience!
The location of this cozy apartment was terrific. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay there again. Owners super easy to work with.
My husband and I and our maltipoo stayed at this unit for a week, and it was perfect for us! Very comfortable, with all the amenities and in a GREAT location!

The owner response to any requests/questions really made our stay nice and smooth. Great location to butler st, and 10 min away from Oval beach. Loved this property!
Great location just a few blocks from everything in Saugatuck. Great spot for my wife, dog and I to enjoy the area and have a nice place to rest in-between adventures. Easy and convenient!
This was my 2nd year staying in the same cozy cottage for Thanksgiving. It is small, comfortable, and has most of the amenities you would want for a short stay. The location is absolutely perfect, with off street parking and 1 1/2 blocks from downtown.
We enjoyed our stay very much, but they need to accommodate shorter people as the bed was too high. My partner is only 5’ tall and had to use a chair to get into bed
We enjoyed Saugatuck. Condo was in a great location. Needed a dehumidifier due to dampness.
Could use a mini-dishwasher. Outdoor space was not pleasant or private.
Great location so close to everything. Was clean. Only issue was the air conditioner kept changing to a higher temp which made it hot. Had to keep resetting the temp to cool the place down. Otherwise no issues

It was a little challenging and confusing excessing the bnb. I finally had to call the host to get detailed instructions to get in. Also, i hope they repair the exterior door lock for added security for Unit 1. Fyi, the house is not downtown.

The property was cozy inside.
The sleigh bed was too high for me (70) as I fell to the floor beside it as I tried to climb into the bed. (I was ok!)
The tub side needs to be stepped over to get in/ out of the shower and needs a grab bar to do so safely for the older generation.
The sidewalk was broken up in chunks-not flat as a walkway to my unit; noted the other Unit besides me had an intact/safe sidewalk.
Great place to stay for younger people!
Cons- Rated this a little lower since the unit definitely needs a deep clean- floors are definitely not mopped after each stay and there is dust on everything. The fridge also doesn’t look like it gets fully cleaned after visits. Unit 3 above us is loud if there are guests staying- you can hear phones vibrating, talking and walking, especially over the master bedroom. Positives- The owner is quick to respond and helpful, bed is comfortable and nice location. It’s very close and walkable to everything which is amazing, but due to the above itens, I don’t think we’d stay here again.
