Welcome to your spacious **3,600 sq. ft. lakefront retreat** on beautiful Watts Bar Lake! Completely renovated and designed for families and groups, this home comfortably sleeps **up to 12 guests** in beds.

Enjoy breathtaking lake views from nearly every room, multiple outdoor decks perfect for gathering, and a private pool featuring a diving board, pool basketball, and floats. Spend your evenings around the Solo Stove fire pit, challenge your group to ping pong or cornhole, or relax on the deck while taking in the scenery.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the home includes a **75-inch Smart TV**, high-speed fiber internet, streaming services, board games, card games, a Weber gas grill, and plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Please put covers back on outdoor furniture and put cushions/ pillows back in storage bin. Make sure umbrellas are down and outdoor furniture/ chairs are back where you found them
Take the trash out and put it all in green trash can
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great long weekend/family trip with 7 adults and one child! The home was just as pictured. The home is close to many grocery stores and a quick 30-40 minute drive to Knoxville. We enjoyed the pool (76 degrees in October!). The views of the lake were gorgeous - very relaxed and peaceful.
