Centrally located to downtown Tahoe City where shops and restaurants are (4 minutes drive), walking distance to the lake with kayak rentals, public beaches, and hiking/biking trails. Close to well renowned ski resorts Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadow (10-15 min drive), Northstar (21 min drive), Truckee River. Convenient location for all seasons!
