Location:
Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos.

Parking:
There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
