Questa casa città è una delle poche proprietà Coral Ridge proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla Clubhouse. Noi abbiamo questa unità e un altro nel speculare proprio accanto se avete bisogno di spazio per altri. Potrete godere di essere in grado di attraversare la strada per l'accesso a due grandi piscine, 2 vasche idromassaggio, un centro fitness, docce, piccolo putting green, cucina e soggiorno.

Abbiamo anche bella posti a sedere all'aperto nel cortile lato, nonché sul patio posteriore. Godetevi grigliate all'aperto, sulla griglia di Weber gas con accesso ad un cortile erboso.

La nostra casa è completamente arredata in modo professionale e tutto è nuovo di zecca. Ogni letto ha un comfort totale in mente dal materasso a piumini. Ogni stanza è stata arredata con gusto e messo in scena per il massimo comfort.

Alcuni dei servizi della casa comprendono; tre televisori intelligenti a schermo piatto con servizio via cavo, dente blu sistema audio capace, lettore DVD, connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità, cucina completamente attrezzata, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero con ice maker e distributore di acqua, lavatrice e asciugatrice, camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale a piedi armadio, bagno padronale, camera da letto 2 con letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 3 con due letti a castello completi su gemelli inferiori sulla parte superiore (6 posti letto), 2 ° bagno, letti di lusso, due box auto, sveglie in ogni camera da letto con le radio, scrivania / ufficio spazio e molto più.

Se vi piace il golf siamo proprio accanto a Coral Canyon Golf Course. L'accesso ai percorsi di golf, sono solo la nostra strada. Gli sconti sono previsti per il soggiorno in Coral Ridge Retreat.

C'è anche un laghetto di pesca rifornito proprio adiacente alla Ridge Comunità Corallo dove si può praticare la pesca proprio fuori dalla porta.

Washington Utah townhome

The property was perfect for our 2-week stay. We were fairly close to both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, as well as multiple golf courses in the area. Having the pool and hot tub just across the street was an added bonus! The property is loaded with games, books, and activities for children so this would be a perfect location for young families!

A Fun Family Getaway!

Clean, convenient, and perfect for a family getaway. Our family stayed for a ski trip to Brianhead. Also enjoyed seeing Zion. Both within an hours drive. Would stay again!

AMAZING host and GREAT home

We stayed with our 4 young kids at Charie’s beautiful home. It was immaculately clean, well stocked (kids loved the toys!), and in a great location. It was perfect for what we needed. The AC wasn’t working the first night but Charie went above and beyond to make it right- so grateful for a responsive host. My only complaint (& may not bother some people) is that the deterrent used for the sheets is extremely strong. If you are sensitive to fragrances at all it was very overwhelming. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Wonderful location and home!

The home is beautiful, spacious, and well located. The host, Charie, is very communicative and helpful. Our family traveled to Zion NP and Kanarra Falls from this location. Zion NP is about 40 minutes and Kanarra about 35. Easy and quick drives. The house is lovely and well stocked.

This home is amazing! Everything you need and more. This is our third time staying at CRR and it never disappoints! The owners are kind, helpful and available if you should need them. The house is in a great location to get to anywhere in St. George and the surrounding areas. We will continue to come back every time!

Fun family trip

Stayed with my family for a weekend to visit a couple different surrounding area events. We loved this VRBO. It was very clean and beautiful. The community center was great with some fun amenities. All seven of us were easily accommodated in the VRBO. When we visit St. George again this one will be at the top of our list.

Amazing rental!

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at the rental. The owner is very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Property is clean and perfect for our family with young kids, especially with access to the community pool across the street. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend

Perfect St George Property

Fun stay for presidents day sweekend

We stayed for 5 days over presidents day weekend. We have stayed in this area before at a different condo. We really enjoyed this one the most. The layout was great. Had those little extras, I appreciated as a parent like some games, toys and dvds for our younger kids. We loved the pool and the cute towels. The owner was responsive when we had questions and lots of information for family and adult activities. We will be coming back again soon!!!!

We came with our 8 kids ranging from 1-13. They all loved the house, including the toys and puzzles. The location across from the clubhouse and pool was fantastic. The house was roomy, clean, and in good condition. We loved our stay.

I have stayed in a lot of condo's in Southern Utah and this one is by far the nicest. The kitchen was so well stocked for all our cooking needs. It's right next to the pool.

Great central location and amenities

The location of this property was perfect for access to all that Southwest Utah has to offer. having the community center right across the street to relax in the pools or hot tubs was fantastic after long days of hiking and golf. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need and was a great help for us as it made cooking in a breeze. Will definitely recommend this property!

Wow! Amazing Rental!

Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful home! We absolutely loved it. Perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated! Beds were very comfortable. Home was stocked with everything we needed and didn't have room to bring ourselves (board games, cards, kids toys, books, DVDs/movies, pool toys, extra pillows, and more!). The backyard was the perfect size for our kids to run around and get rid of the extra energy. We contacted the owner during our stay and her responses were quick and very helpful. The walk to the pools (2) and hot tubs (both heated) was extremely short - literally a few feet away. The pool water was warm enough for us adults too! We travel to St. George area often and this rental was one of our favorites.

Great Jumping Off Location for Southern Utah.

The townhouse was clean, stocked full of supplies and right across the street from the pool. Charie was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Southern Utah.

Great Place for our family trip to Zion

This property was perfect for our family of five. Right across the street from the pool, toys/activities for our young kids and a great backyard. The house was super clean and had everything thing we needed. Great location for our trip to Zion and only 10 minutes from St George. We would definitely stay here again.

We just recently purchased this town home to be our home away from home in Southern Utah. We love the outdoors and this is the perfect get away for our family of 6. We are excited to be able to share it with others. We enjoy all the hiking and biking in the area, as well as easy access to Zions National Park and the state parks.

We also own a condo in Park City (vrbo #482694) that has been on VRBO for a while now that we have enjoyed fixing up, decorating, renting, and enjoying ourself.

We have a family business to help others buy, stage, furnish, and decorate their own vacation rental income properties. This has been a family endeavor this past year.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose this property because it is conveniently located off the free way and is between Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park which both have lakes to play on. It is also convenient to take day trips to Zions National Park or many of the other canyons in the surrounding area.

The house itself is open and has a wonderful layout that works wonderfully for groups and families. Our children love the Clubhouse with the pool and hot tub as well as the grassy area in the backyard to play.
