The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This modernly renovated condo has a great room, which features seating for your group with an oversized comfortable sofa. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless Internet is also provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table. This Luxurious condo features a Keurig machine.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a king size bed as well and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front patio! The views can’t be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Spring break

My family loved the condo! Furniture, rooms and bathrooms were all nice and not outdated. Room is right next to the heated pool- which my kids loved. We hope to come back to 102 again.

Spring Break

This condo was just what we were looking for to make our Spring Break complete. It was nice and clean, up to date, ground level and right on the beach! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful view

First thing when opening the door is the view of the beautiful ocean!! Condo was clean, modern and very comfortable. Grounds and pool were clean and manicured very nice. The beach was steps from our condo. Our host responded promptly and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Love it!!
