The Sea Biscuit Cottage is a renovated beach/fishing bungalow built in the early 1940's. Originally located on the corner of South Anchor and Station Street, this little gem was salvaged from the progress of the island and relocated onto the property of the main house, The Sea Bean at 509 South Station. Once planted, The Sea Biscuit was creatively renovated and given new life.
The property features a wonderful fenced yard, charcoal grill, outdoor dining set, outdoor shower facility, clothes line and private parking for 2 vehicles.
