LØRDAG KONTROLLER - 4 HJULKØRRE KRAVET - LINENS OG TÆTTER LEVERET - cirka 3 miles op 4x4 strand - Pool og hot tub typisk åben juni til slutningen af september.

Dette hjem ligger på strækningen af stranden, hvor bilerne kører forbi, vil blive omdirigeret til sandstranden. Det betyder, at bilerne vil være bange for folk på stranden. Datoen for "lane shift" er Memorial Day til Labor Day og fra 9:00 til 17:00.

Dette er havet ved dets bedste fantastisk udsigt fra alle niveauer af dette luksuriøse hjem, beliggende lige bag oceanfront klit. Tre levende områder skaber flere muligheder for din familieferie. Seaside byder på en eksklusiv indkvartering med seks master soveværelser, seks fulde bade og 2 halv bade. Faciliteterne omfatter stor privat pool, boblebad, poolbord, ismaskine, andet fuldt køleskab, flere hjemmebiograf systemer, anden opvaskemaskine, skibe se og wifi.

Du vil finde mange måder at slappe af på ethvert niveau af dette vidunderligt udpegede hjem. Niveau 3 tilbyder overdådigt lædersæder, et hjemmebiografsystem med surround sound 42 "HDTV og veludstyret køkken med to opvaskemaskiner. Føreren suite på dette niveau har en 40 "smart tv med dvd, jacuzzi og fantastisk havudsigt fra alle udsigtspunkter. Op ad en halv trappe finder du skibets ur med plads til fire. Nyd et spil poker eller s����t et puslespil sammen.
Niveau to åbner i en hyggelig hule med komfortable siddepladser og mere underholdning muligheder, en 32 "Smartv med DVD.
Tre master soveværelser har alle konge senge, private bade og direkte dæk adgang. Havudsigten er stadig spektakulær fra dette niveau ... uafbrudt blå! Men hvis du har brug for afledning, har de to østvendte konger 32 "Smartvs.

Første etage har spillerum med poolbord, våde bar, fuld størrelse køleskab, hjemmebiograf 50 "HDTV med surround sound, stor privat gated pool (14x28), cabana halv bad, udendørs bruser og boblebad. To master soveværelser på dette niveau prale private bade og duo bunk sæt til et godt udvalg af sovende arrangementer.

We especially love having both the pool and hot tub, which make the stay even more enjoyable. Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. It was private and a quick walk to the beach. We watched the wild horses from the house every day. The layout of the house worked well for all of us. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation

The house was great. Location is terrific. So nice to be able to easily walk back to the house for breaks from the beach. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Laura is nice to work with, very responsive, straightforward and helpful. We want to come back.

Great place

12 members of my family stayed and it was great. Wonderful location. The house was nice; the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were really wonderful after all day at the beach. We loved the 4x4 beach, would definitely recommend getting a 4WD car! It’s a drive to town so get groceries on the way out to the house.

Breathtaking Views

The property was perfect for a large Family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. The pool and the Hot Tub was nice after a long day on the beach. I would bring lots of bottled water and ice for drinking and cooking. The Property Manager was excellent!

family vacation

The house was nice, but needs to be updated. The walkway to the beach was a giant sand dune that had you had to climb up and then go down. I actually fell going down because it was kind of steep. Not sure if there can be anything done with that because of all the laws with sand dunes. We did have perfect weather and spent lots of family time which is the most important thing.

Great time, wonderful view

We absolutley loved this property. Had horses come right up to the fencing for the pool. Pool was nice, hot tub was fantastic. The people who we rented from were incredible. Easy to contact and talk to. Sadly we had to cut our vacation a day short because we weren't sure how things would be effected by Hurricane Ian. It was super windy and rainy. The beach driving was amazing, we had an f150, two jeeps, and a Kia. The only time we had trouble was during the storm on the way out. We definitely recommend.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. 14 of us and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The house offers plenty of privacy in the layout, as well as a great amount of common space. The pool was the cleanest we've seen at a rental, and the pool company came twice during our stay to check on the condition - we were impressed! You can't beat the views or location - I miss waking up to dolphins & pelicans every morning with my coffee. The house literally has everything you need to prepare all meals and enjoy time your time at the beach (except beach towels - pack those!). Laura and David were incredibly helpful, provided quick responses and even gave on-the-spot directions to the house form the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to go back!

An awesome seaside experience at Seaside

This was our first time at the Outer Banks and I think we picked the perfect home! Location: The house was ideally located with wild horses grazing around us at all times of the day. The 4x4 beach meant we had a controlled number of beachgoers which was very comforting during these times. The house: Seaside was spotless and very well set up with games and amenities to keep everyone happy and entertained. The kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook and bake as we please. The management: Laura was an absolute delight to work with. She was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and communicate often and effectively. Overall this was the perfect escape! Thank you!

You can drink your coffee in the morning on the top deck and watch the sunrise and see the horses. The 4wd beach wasn't an issue for our suburban, however your vehicle needs to have adequate ground clearance as the sand can get quite deep in spots. Bring a shovel just in case as I did but didn't need it. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

The view from the living room was stunning (ocean views all around), and we were lucky to see the wild horses everywhere during our stay. We overheard some folks saying they hadn't seen so many of the horses as they had this year, so we were beyond lucky.This was our first time on a 4X4 beach. I was a little worried about getting stuck in the sand, but we never did. We drove a 4-Runner and a Jeep Wrangler and were just fine.Definitely going to visit again!

Great Experience

The location is beautiful--I thought that driving on the sand would be obnoxious, but the beach travel is a blast. The house is a two-minute walk from the beach--probably the most beautiful beach that I have been to in my (not particularly well-traveled life). Laura was incredibly responsive to our concerns. For example, the dryer went out immediately before our stay, and she promptly had it replaced with a new one. She always responded to my text messages within an hour or two. The house itself met our needs perfectly, with, most notably, a well-stocked open-concept kitchen, dining, and common area, and a deck with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway

A private pool and hot tub was the highlight for the young kids not ready for the surf. We loved the idea of a bit of isolation. driving in the beach everyday was a breeze and a very fun. The ability to stretch out was unique from any other beach we stayed at, it was like having a private beach. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay for a large group who just want to relax. You will not find a better management experience anywhere communication and flexibility with Laura was outstanding.

You can go from feeling the sand between your toes to unwinding by the pool, lounging in the porch swing, or relaxing on your very own private balcony. The breathtaking views will leave you in awe, and all your worries will simply melt away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. If you can't find something, it means you probably don't need it! And for those who love to read, there's even a selection of Book of the Month books available for your enjoyment. I've completely lost track of how many times I've stayed here! I'm so thrilled to return next year! Counting down!
