It's big, comfortable, looks out on a nice garden and is in a fantastic resort area close to so many great Big Island attractions. The lanai is great - almost 400 square feet of relaxation. But attractions near and far make it a great base for exploring too.

Its the little things that matter- a great place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. Allison the property manager suggested I look at the condo and it was perfect. It is very spacious, and while part of a larger condo complex you really feel like you have plenty of privacy. Our unit was very well appointed.

There are lots of additional little things that make it special. The extra beach towels, and swimming/beach equipment , the info on Hawaii and things to do, the helpful suggestions to get food - we went mostly to the gourmet market in Queen's Market, that really was very good. One thing that was especially helpful was the small hand held torch left on the counter as we often would walk to the beach to check out the sunset and then head to Queens Market. By the time we returned it was dark so the torch was a good addition. We used the gym while we were there and it is better than many hotel gyms I have used with a variety of equipment. The wifi was also great, which came in handy as we had a balance of work and holiday during our time. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, location perfect, and condo was very well catered for and nice and clean.

great condo

My husband, two boys, and I spent two weeks and the condo was great. Everything we needed for cooking including condiments, oil, spices, and more were provided. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, snorkel gear and boogie boards were also provided so didn't have to buy or rent those items. Condo was clean, roomy and comfortable. Lanai was very large and nice to hang out on. I would have no problem staying at this condo again.

We loved our stay Waikoloa! The condo was so spacious and fully stocked! It was a perfect location, very easy to walk to the beach or surrounding restaurants... We hope to return soon!

Great place to stay near Kona!

This is such a great property in the Kona area. It's in Waikoloa which is beautiful and we'll maintained. The condo is huge! There is a wonderful balcony where we are breakfast every day. I was repeatedly impressed by how well provisioned the place is. Your every need has been thought of by the wonderful owners. Including kitchen supplies, extra towels and bedding, food storage and ocean gear like boogie boards!

We enjoyed every minute of our time here and would gladly come again!

Close to some great beaches and restaurants. The condo was well stocked and comfortable; it gets some great breezes, so we didn't need the air conditioning during our stay.

I Trust You

Our experience through VRBO with this owner created trust. The booking experience was not as immediate as a hotel booking, but the owner was quite responsive and we confirmed the booking within a day. The information we received prior to leaving our home was complete and adequate because we were provided with all the information to access the property and enter the unit.

Inside the unit, we were provided with great information about what to do, where to shop for groceries and how to find items inside the unit. We packed light because there is a washer and dryer, and we used them. The kitchen is fully stocked, but the vent hood over the stove could use a sign to explain how it operates (slide the glass towards yourself). There is information about what to do upon departure and our deposit was refunded within 5 days of our return home.

The price matched the value we received!
