We were pleasantly surprised. We really enjoyed our visit and one evening, we looked out back patio and watch the deers playing in the backyard. Only thing you should be prepared for, it is one bathroom 2 bedrooms as stated, but the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms.

Carport height at minimum to park bass boat under. Did have an electrical cord available under deck for charging of boat batteries, which was helpful. Short driveway on narrow, semi-busy road required skill in backing boat in. Home itself was fine and clean. Enjoyed wildlife (deer, fox and armadillo). Hosts very responsive and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

In my opinion this property is better than advertised. So clean and neat. Check in was so easy and very easy to locate the house. Nice parking under a covered area. I had a 3 day weekend with my sister and we had everything we needed right there. It was extremely quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. We will more than likely make a return sometime in the future.

The house was super homey and located by Land Between the Lakes. We enjoyed nature and the convenience of the little town of Grand Rivers. The host was available to answer any questions and did so in a timely fashion. Would definitely return for another visit.
