Guestbook comments from the owner

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were big enough for two people each to share, and the house itself was big enough to accommodate 8ppl+, and more at times. Andrew was very friendly, and responsive throughout the whole stay. The location of this house is in a great neighborhood, and has copious amounts of things (bars, restaurants, trolley, café’) in very close proximity of the house. The house looks exactly if not better in person compared to the pictures, and has tons of space, and full stocked with everything (dishes, linens, etc). We all really enjoyed our stay, and making memories here. I highly recommend others wanting to enjoy New Orleans to stay here.

Beautiful house. Plenty of room. Everything went great.

  • 4 of 5

House was nice and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice furnishings and pretty courtyard in the back even though we never spent any time out there. Never had a problem finding parking for 1 or 2 cars. It is a bit of a hike from the Quarter. $15-$20 Uber/cab ride. Always felt safe. Would definitely repeat.

Charming old house in the classic New Orleans style.

  • 5 of 5

This gorgeous house was perfect for our group of 9 ladies. We had more than enough space and were an easy drive to everything we wanted to see. The host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in NOLA

  • 5 of 5

We all loved staying at this large home and the courtyard made it even nicer. It would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms upstairs as 8 people sharing one was challenging when it came to showers. However, whoever has the master bedroom is in for a real treat. The location of the house was perfect, a very easy walk to the streetcar on St Charles and Magazine street with its wonderful shops and restaurants. Parking was no problem. Thank-you for a wonderful stay.

Great house!

  • 4 of 5

7 of us stayed at this house and everyone fit well. The upstairs bedrooms are set up in sets of 2 and you need to pass through one bedroom to get to the next one. We weren't expecting this but it worked out fine. We loved the big comfortable couches in the living room and wouldn't have minded a couple of fluffy chairs so we could all sit together. The backyard was comfortable and so were the beds. There were only little things to complain about (2 coachroaches upstairs, a couple missing light bulbs). Overall a great place to stay. Close enough to the French Quarter to uber over. The bar 2 doors down is great and our group would go over to play darts. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Could have been cleaned a little better...carpets in upstairs rooms and bathrooms but overall a great property. Close to street car and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
