We have disclosed our rules and expectations in a rental agreement attached in the Additional Rules section.

PRIVATE POOL and GUEST HOUSE (w/ pool table & bunk beds) top the list of this fantastic getaway!

This 5 BR (includes guest house) in the heart of San Antonio, feels like paradise! Lots of living space both inside & out - fruit trees line property! Close to attractions!


The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the main home with a 25'x15' guest house (2 bunk bed sets, as well as a pool table). The bed layout is as follows:

Master: King
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Queen
Bedroom 4: Queen plus a single sleeper chair
Guest House: 2 twin bunk beds (4 bed spaces)

Everyone's favorite feature is the spectacular pool (resurfaced May 2014), closely followed by the pool table in the guest house. The perimeter of the back yard consists of a wide variety of fruit trees including: grapes, oranges, lemons, limes, avocados, plums, peaches, pears, and several other varieties.

Other amenities include mounted flat screen TV's in the living room and guest house, flat screen TV in the master, wireless internet, stainless steel gas grill, lots of pool toys, pool table, modern kitchen with granite countertops, washer & dryer, and MUCH MORE!

FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL

All TV's have a Fire stick installed to access your personal apps. On the homepage is IMBDTV with free movies and news.

Nice for large group. We had a group of 6 and it was perfect. Sofa/sleeper is not an option. Kitchen is fully equipped. Gas barbeque and patio is great. Pool is clean but old and not as inviting as the pics. Must have a car since everything is at least a 20 minute drive. Uber would get costly. House is clean but in need of upgrades.

Highly disappointing from our expectation. We arrived and as always, inspected the house. To our surprise the bathrooms were not clean and shower curtains looked like they had never been washed as well as bathroom carpets. Shower walls were filthy as were bathroom window in hall area and kitchen window so filthy it didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned, actually both never were. The view from kitchen to pool have been exceptional if it could have been viewed from a clean window. The bedrooms, each one, were filthy with all bedding having to be washed Including mattress pads and pillow covers. I’m thankful to you allowing us early check in because it took us 6 hours to clean the bedding and remake the beds before enjoying our time. We found the blender broken, which you so kindly ordered a replacement, we never used. The mixer I was hoping to use to make dessert was also broken and the mixing paddled there didn’t fit but one and still didn’t work when plugged. The laundry room needs to be cleaned and moved from wall to prevent a fire from occurring. Didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. The charcoal grill, per your rules is supposed to be cleaned out and was not to our surprise when we went to use it. If your cleaning person(s) and anyone inspecting should do a better job if you are expecting better reviews. The pool was the best thing for our time there as well as the pool table. Still not worth the price. Pic are deceiving. House left cleaner than given.

The road behind the pool was a bit noisy, but other than that a great pool and the pool table was great for the teens when they had enough of the pool. House was on the older side, but it was very clean.

Family getaway

We had fun staying in the house. There's a pool and the best part is the cabana where kids stayed to have their own time. It is also a quiet neighborhood . Overall stay is great!
