Highly recommend, house was clean, roomy and the deck was awesome! Communication with the boat was great. Check in was a breeze. If you considering staying in area we highly recommend this place.
Relaxing. Very nice potential. We couldn’t explore the water sport options due to a sudden cold snap, but it would be nice to come back and try again.
Found this location almost at the last second due to late schedule changes. Couldn't have gone more seamless from booking, to communication, to the process of the stay. Kids loved the game room, son got some experience with fishing for the first time. Nice quiet cove to relax while nothing else was going on.
Everything was wonderful. The small details made the stay even more relaxing. The kids loved the game room. Plus, there was plenty of space for everyone.
We stayed here for a VT graduation weekend. The property has a nice large dock and I’m sure would be great in the summer. The host was very prompt and helpful. Check in and check out were very easy. The family enjoyed the pool table. The master bathroom looked recently renovated and was very nice. The main surfaces in the house - counters, bathrooms, kitchen areas appeared clean on arrival. That said, the home could benefit from some updating and deeper-detail cleaning. The carpets are quite old and, while likely vacuumed, gave the home a worn/unclean feeling. The walls could use fresh paint, and there was noticeable dust buildup along the baseboards, including some hairs adhered to them in places. Some of the light switch plates were also heavily aged/discolored, which contributed to the overall impression that the property needs a refresh. None of these issues ruined our stay, but I think addressing them would make a big difference in how clean and well-maintained the home feels for future guests.

Dear guest, we appreciate your response and are happy that your family enjoyed their stay. However, there are factual errors that we can't dismiss. The carpet is only 6 years old (carpet on the stairs is only 1 year old) and is in very good condition. The baseboards may have had some dust on them in places, but our housekeeper does a very good job keeping the home clean and ready for guests. We admit there are some areas that could be updated, including painting some drywall repairs necessary due to damage by a few guests and perhaps some light switches. It's disappointing that you would rate our entire property so low given how minor these actual issues are.
Had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! Enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. The decks are absolutely awesome. We rented a boat one day and went tubing another.

Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Was the perfect set up for 3 of us to get out and do some fishing on the lake. Great outdoor sitting space in a quiet cove. Simple and relaxing spot, which is exactly what we were looking for. Had a great time during our stay.
