Welcome to Chateau Chaumont #4, a deluxe-rated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium ideally located on the first floor in the heart of downtown Aspen. Just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, this unique retreat places world-class skiing, shopping, and dining just steps from your door.

Step inside and experience a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where old Hollywood meets rock and roll. The expansive living room features a striking red leather wraparound sofa, framed legendary album covers, and musical instruments that create a vibrant and memorable space. A cozy wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and charm, while a Bose sound system with iPod and smartphone docks enhances your entertainment experience.

The updated designer kitchen is perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom lighting, and a beautiful breakfast bar that opens seamlessly into the living area.

The condo also offers a convenient entry area with seating for removing boots, coat racks, and storage space for outdoor gear. Additional amenities include wireless internet, an in-unit washer and dryer, and off-street parking.

The primary bedroom features a brand-new upgraded king-size mattress with a plush topper and premium pillows, while the guest bedroom offers a newly upgraded queen-size mattress with the same thoughtful comforts for a restful night's sleep. A twin-size sleeper chair in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Guests also enjoy access to the property's shared courtyard, complete with a private community hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventure.

Great location. 100 yards from Ajax gondola. Easy chk in & out process. Cozy spot that had all of the “away” amenities you’d need for a relaxing ski vacation.I’d book here again.

Fantastic unit!

Our stay was flawless! The location can’t be beat, so close to the AJAX gondola, and walking distance to great restaurants & ski rentals. The condo was spacious and comfy, with all the amenities you could need. Well-equipped kitchen, too. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

Right in the heart of everything. Ground floor condo walked right out to the hottub. Silver Queen gondola was just a 2 block walk. Bus stop was only 3-4 blocks away, which we took over to Ski Highlands one day. Grocery and liquor were right across the street. We walked to a different restaurant each night, as the town is totally walkable. Perfect lounging area with the large couch and comfy chairs. And ironically the owners of the place were from MN, so it was just meant to be. Very cool place would highly recommend.

Sweet location, 2.5 blocks from ajax gondola, 3.5 blocks from the bus station, .5 blocks from the city market, liquor store and bud shop. Underground parking and a clean hot tub. If your lucky the sound of plow trucks will wake you for breakfast.

We will definitely stay at this property again. My husband and I took our two young kids up to Aspen for the weekend. This property was a perfect fit for us and the location couldn't have been better. Loved this condo and would most definitely rent it again. Highly recommend. Also, the Maion Bells were stunning at the end of September! WOWIE!!!
