I’ve been told that I have the best view and the highest condo in all of core area Aspen. But it is a hike to get there. 70 steps- third floor! They didn’t make elevator is back in 1968.
Newly remodeled 1 master bedroom (king size bed)/1 loft bedroom (2 twins), 2 bath condo. Top floor! Very quiet! No stair master required for the week when you visit! The floor plan covers 3 floors with the master bedroom and both baths on bottom floor. Kitchen/ living room middle floor. And loft above kitchen, top floor.
Master bedroom has a pillow top king sized bed. The loft is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds.
During the summer months of June and July the lot becomes a little too hot. I would suggest the condo is good for only two people during those months. There are stand alone air-conditioners in the unit during the summer months. Unfortunately that’s all the association lets us have. The condominiums surrounding us also only allow this type of air conditioning unit, though they charge twice what I ask. Also the Saint Regis and little Nell residences (a block away) charge about $1000 to $1200 a night in the summer. But they have an elevator and central air.
One parking space comes with the unit.
The master bedroom, living room, and loft have a view overlooking Aspen and the valley. You can watch snow storms come up the valley. It's magical. The living room has a wood burning fireplace (firewood furnished) , cable tv, high speed internet, couch, chairs and desk. The kitchen is perfect for dining with counter seating and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the new -summer 2018 -jacuzzi and heated pool. You can check out whose in the jacuzzi from your porch! In the Summer, enjoy sitting on the one or both porches.
Pack lightly or have the cabby haul up your luggage. When I drive in, I use reusable lightweight grocery bags to haul clothes up. I look like a pack mule, but much lighter than suitcases.
Spend the day skiing, walking the town, shopping or attending fabulous events aspen has to offer.
Full length mirrors line the living room and master bedroom walls— so 80’s. I love it!
