Welcome to Searenity - 165 Beach Club Villa, Fripp Island, SC!

Centrally located, with amazing canal and marsh views, and an easy 3-4-minute walk to Fripp's wonderful 3+ miles of beach. On the second floor with 3 sets of about 8 steps each for access. Accommodates up to 4 guests. Private fishing/crabbing dock out back. 12 brand new Pickleball courts next door.

Our posted rates include Resort access, a golf cart, linens, wi-fi, and cleaning at checkout. Our rates are optimized for weekend and weekly rentals. If you are looking for a visit of 3-6 days let us know and we can get you a discounted quote.

We can provide a quote for rates without Resort access and amenity cards if you prefer.

Most people do purchase amenity cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools, restaurants, and activities. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are several good restaurants nearby off island. We provide info for local dining and sightseeing. If you opt to go without cards and change your mind while visiting, you can still get them.

We can consider one pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $200.

Description

Our latest upgrade is a new plush king mattress in the main bedroom. Major updates completed in spring of 2025. New paint and LVP flooring throughout. New kitchen cabinets with quartz and wood counter tops. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. New seating and television in the main living area, All new seating on rear deck including 2 comfy rockers

Updated bathrooms. Over the past 25 years our guests have enjoyed their stay, and our ratings attest to that. We have taken things up to a new level of comfort and enjoyment. We like it and hope you will too. Come check it out soon. Fripp is a great place to visit any time of the year.

There's lots to do on the island and in the local area and we provide you with some great information. Fripp is a very special place, and we hope that is what you get from your experience.

The main living area provides great marsh and canal views, comfortable seating, and a new 50" TV. Enjoy a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes.

TV in each bedroom as well as access to almost unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available, or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-quiet and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and utensils.

Or stay here couldn’t have been better! The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean when we arrived. The view of the marsh was breathtaking, and it was a very short walk to the pool and the beach. Rip Island is a wonderful place to stay as a couple as a family as a group! There is so much to do and so much fun to be had. Our host was wonderful and very great at communicating. Steven had great communication throughout and I really had no questions when arriving.The Villa was very clean ,comfortable and nicely appointed with everything!It’s a quick walk to the beach and restaurants.It was a nice surprise that the golf cart was gas run and not battery so we didn’t worry about charging.I would definitely recommend to anyone!My sister and I enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the best but we enjoyed spending time together at Fripp Island and a big thank you to our host Steve!!

Absolutely beautiful place with all the comforts of home. From booking to checkout, Steve and Millie made the process easy and stress free with excellent communication and instructions. Our villa was immaculate and smelled amazing when we walked in. They provided everything you need (dishes, cookware, utensils)to make meals at home if you’re not inclined to go out to eat after a day at the beach or pool. And the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! Nothing I can think of would’ve made our stay better. Excellent!

Can’t say enough about this place. The communication we had with the owners before and during our visit was great, didn’t have to worry about a thing. This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of four for the week. We enjoyed cruising and exploring the island on the golf cart. The pools were nice and we enjoyed some of the restaurant options on the island, as well as a few places that were a close drive. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner when needed. We could not have been more pleased with our time at this property!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Steve was very prompt in his communication with us. They are in the process of preparing the parking lot to be repaved. Steve prepared us for that prior to our arrival. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before in a different unit. Steve's was much more fresh and updated than the other unit we stayed in. Fripp Island has become a favorite destination for our family.

Steve was very communicative and gave us all kinda of info about the island and everything around and kept in touch on the day of our arrival. The condo was very clean and nice and taken care of and the kitchen had everything you could need or want and in a good location to everything. The screened in back porch was a plus and we used it just about everyday. The beds and couches where very comfortable. And the bathrooms where very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great condo and great location!

We loved this condo for the week. The location is an easy walk to the beach when you are carrying everything, or an even quicker walk when it's just coffee or wine! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The furniture is very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable too. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils and plenty of dishes. The screened deck was great - we sat out there every morning and evening almost. There is a back staircase off the deck leading to the grill and dock, making it easy to access. Met a couple of neighbors who were owners and everyone is super friendly at Fripp. Communication with Steve & Millie was great - they sent us all the info we needed and the resort calendar even. We will definitely stay there again!

We think the beach is the best in SC as it is left in its natural state and nature knows how to take care of itself quite well. After 25 years we can say that this is exactly what we were looking for. Fripp and the Lowcountry are special.
