This beautiful 3BR, 2BA Oceanview Villa will make your family and golfing vacation a wonderful and lasting memory. The Villa is ground-level which makes toting chairs, coolers, and beach toys across the grassy lawn to the beach a breeze. The 1,250 square feet floor plan offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and
stainless steel appliances as well as a wonderful outdoor patio area with a table, chairs for enjoying outdoor meals and ocean breezes. Transportation around Fripp will be fun and easy with the four-seat gas golf cart that is available to rent with this Villa.

* With purchase of Amenity Card, enjoy access to: 1) Golf at the two Fripp Island golf courses; 2) Olympic pool/baby pool/adult only pool with walk up bar; 3) fitness center; 4) tennis facilities; 5) watercraft; and 6) Fripp Island restaurants.
Requirements: Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use these listed resort facilities.
Cost: The 2026 cost for each guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day). Without purchasing Amenity Cards, enjoy access to: Fripp Island's beaches, bike paths, and shops.
If you choose to add amenity cards then a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

Great location but not clean

The condo was not ready at check in and we had to wait outside for 1 hour. Bathroom linens were stained and the inside of kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty. This would be a great place to return if the rental agency would check behind the cleaning crew. They did not clean under the chairs and tables.

Thanks for taking the time to provide honest feedback on the property. We have spoken with the housekeeper and are in the process of replacing the linens. The housekeeping company has gone through and done a deep clean to ensure that all cabinets and cookware are spotless. We hope to have you back again in the near future.

It was perfectly located and furnished beautifully. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The owners are serious about keeping the ac at 72. We were ok with that during the day but asked for permission to go to 70 at night bc we had 2 mom's going through menopause. Tide Watch came to our aids and happily obliged. I can not say anything bad about 113. The only thing I would caution renters on is that the 2 bedrooms without twin beds are thre ones with the attached bathrooms. Our 2 young adults slept in the room with the twins which does not have a closet and they had to walk through our rooms to shower and use the restroom. It wasn't a big deal but it is worth mentioning. We all l thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Be prepared to clean

Upon arrival to the condo we immediately noticed the amount of sand that was accumulated on the floor. Left over food (Cheerios) around the sofa, food wrappers under the bed, and thick dust settled on the blinds. My son had a nose bleed on the way down and so I had immediately went to the washer to find it was full of soured linens and a dryer full of linens, so we were not able to use the washer/dryer. Bed linens were dirty ‘ towels that were provided on top of the bed were dingy and stained. Let’s just say every day we would find something that needed to cleaned. My son has asthma so the severity of the dust and filthiness were a huge factor for us. Dishes were filthy & had food stuck to almost all the bowls and silverware. We did reach out to management and they were quick to respond. Rosa was great to deal with. However, the one vacation we get a year & it felt more like a chore than a vacation. After the twenty years of us visiting Fripp I never have had this experience. I will definitely not be back nor will I rent through a management company who doesn’t value their guests. The amount of money you invest to have a good vacation and stay at a luxury resort you should NOT have to come clean and be scared of what “mess” you will find next.

Great location, tired condo

We very much enjoyed Fripp Island and all of its amenities: beach, golf, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, fishing, etc. The location of this condo is perfect - very short walk to the beach. The condition of the condo, however, was somewhat disappointing. It is not really a 3 bedroom unit as one of the "bedrooms" has no closet, no bathroom, and no door handle to fully close the door. The other two bedrooms have connected bathrooms. So, those staying in the non-bedroom bedroom have to walk into someone else's bedroom to access the bathroom. This is less than ideal, particularly in the middle of the night. This challenging layout was not disclosed in either the text or pictures of the VRBO listing. The unit was not well cleaned and the master bathroom was fairly gross. The unit isn't well provisioned. There were no hangers in the closets and no hooks anywhere. Who brings their own hangers on vacation? There were no beach towels and no owner-provided beach chairs or beach umbrellas. The kitchen was a grab bag of items without a proper selection of pots and pans, glass wear, etc. The front door had to be body slammed just to open. It generally felt like a tired property without love and care. Definitely sub-par compared to the many VRBO properties we have rented, but all fixable if the owners are willing.

Perfect location for our event. Right in the center of all the action . Only thing that could improve is the stove handle brother, and some trip around four could be wiped down better, that will not stop me from returning

Great stay at Fripp

We vacation at Fripp every year and really enjoyed our stay in this villa. The location was great for being able to easily and quickly walk to beach, pool and food court area. The patio has nice ocean breezes. Unit was clean and furniture in living room and bedrooms was nice and comfortable. Management was very responsive to requests and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Great location

Perfect location to the beach! Merely steps away! Bedrooms are a nice size; however the third room does not have easy access to a bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked.
