There is also central heat and air, wireless internet, 2 outdoor enclosed showers, covered porches, a large sun deck, a built-in grill and picnic area on the ground level, and walkway out to the beach. The private pool on the oceanfront can be heated in the off season for an additional charge. This property has a convenient elevator that takes guests from the parking level to the first floor.

On the main floor there are three bedrooms, each with two Queen beds and a private bathroom. Upstairs are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. These include two master bedrooms on the oceanside of the house, each with a King bed and private bath with tub/shower. Three other bedrooms each have two Queen beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Departure cleaning provided upon checkout. Accommodates 28.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. Absolutely no pets of any kind allowed.

Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.
