ottima impressione ed esperienza

cordialita' da parte del titolare, localita' incantevole, e abitazione che seppure con qualche anno di anzianita', rispecchia con la sua caratteristica, la bellezza della toscana ... Ulteriore apprezzamento per la tranquillità e la bellezza di quel piccolo borgo che montemagno frazione di Calci rappresenta.. Da rifare.

vacances formidables!!!

propriétaire très sympathique, appartement bien situé, dans un petit village typique, population très accueillante. appartement bien équipé, avec grande terrasse agréable. nous conseillons cette location qui nous a permis de passer de belles vacances en Italie!!!

Vacances très agréables dans un petit village toscan, bien situé pour visiter des villes magnifiques (Pise, Sienne, Florence...). Location simple mais propre et bien entretenue. Unforgetable week in the middle of Toscana !!

We spend 1 week at David's place and it was just amazing. The house is exactly as described, very big for 10 adults and we even had a baby cot nicely added for our daughter. The house is situated is a very typical italian village, surrounded by olive trees and with a wonderful view over Pisa region. David has been a great help, very caring with us, and always there is we needed anything. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to go there and I hope that one day we will go back. Thank you again David for everything, we will never forget these holidays!

Location agréable dans un petit village typique toscan au milieu des oliviers. Très accessible pour visiter les merveilles toscanes (Pise ,Florence,Sienne Lucca,Volterra,Montepucciano etc...) location agréable dans un village toscan non loin de Pise et de la mer.Propriétaire très accueillant et maitrisant le Français à la perfection. Une magnifique terrasse pour profiter des repas en extérieur. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette belle demeure. si nous devions revenir dans la région nous choisirons de nouveau cette location.

Location très agréable. Maison ancienne avec beaucoup de cachet, très typique tout comme le village, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous imprégner et découvrir la culture italienne. Très bon point de départ pour ensuite visiter la Toscane. Propriétaire très sympatique, qui m'a d'ailleurs rendu un gros service en me trouvant et en me conduisant dans un garage pour mon véhicule.

Ambiente spazioso e ben organizzato. Ottima posizione con parcheggio a un paio di minuti a piedi. Gli spazi comuni sono molto grandi. In 9 non abbiamo avuto problemi. Andrebbero messe solo le tende per le docce, poi sarebbe perfetto.

"Maison conforme au descriptif, ordinateur et internet bien pratiques, maison spacieuse. La maison est perchée dans le village, il faut donc prendre systématiquement son véhicule même s''il existe un système de bus. Les plages gratuites (sauf parking) sont à 30 minutes c''est assez agréable. La maison est d''époque, ne manque pas de charme mais il ne faut pas s''attendre à du grand luxe. Le proprietaire parle le français et est très acceuillant et disponible. un séjour parfait, florence est à 1h, sienne 1h30, lucca 30 mn et pise 30mn."

"Le logement est très agréable, c''est un vrai plaisir de passer du temps sur la terrasse. Le village est tout petit mais mignon. C''est un bon point de départ pour visiter la Toscane. Une remarque cependant : le propriétaire nous a fait payer un supplément en fin de séjour qui n''était pas prévu, donc faites bien préciser par écrit toutes les informations lors de la réservation pour éviter ce genre de mauvaise surprise."

"Pour ce qui concerne le supplement, dont Mlle F. parle, jai decidé de lui faire payer ce supplement car, pendant la deuxième semaine de location (du 13 au 20 Aout 2011, dans lappartement ont été hebergées 8 personnes tandis que jétais daccord avec Mlle F. que le tarif établi était pour max. 7 personnes. "

"Appartement dans maison de caractère très plaisant,très spacieux et tout confort.Propriétaire parlant très bien le français et très gentil.Environnement village de montagne pittoresque et tout près de Pise et commerces.Nous y avons passé à 6 des vacances très très agréables.Mon appréciation est très favorable, pour ceux qui aiment l''Italie, l''endroit vaut le détour vous ne serez pas déçus! "La casa è situata in una posizione strategica per visitare i bellissimi posti della zona. La casa è spaziosa, molto pulita ed accogliente con una stupenda terrazza. Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Nessun problema per il posteggio della macchina, c'è un ampio parcheggio a 50 metri dalla casa."
