The condo is within close walking distance to the attractions and business services. Walk to the conference centre.

I always marvel at the selection of exquisite shops and services available along the historic mainstreet. Old books, nifty art work and fashions for every member of the family including the pet. Great condo and location

This is a great condo with all the conveniences of home. Well stocked and very clean. Nice to have it on ground level with an outside entrance. Carolle was very accommodating and quick to reply to our texts. Underground parking kept our vehicle cool and safe. The best part of this place is the LOCATION -- close to waterfront and near many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Would definitely go back there if ever in Nanaimo.

Great Spot on the Waterfront

We booked this unit for a work trip in the Nanaimo area. Very well stocked kitchen and it has all the comforts of home. Great location - walking distance to the harbour trail, shops, and many restaurants.

Clean and comfortable!

Spent four nights in this clean, conveniently located condo. One minor issue which was out of Carolle's control, but very prompt response and resolution. Had a lovely time, so close to the waterfront, and fun shops downtown. Places to eat nearby, and the unit is well stocked for eating in and doing some of your own cooking. Comfortable bed, and patio with chairs so we could go sit out there and read in the sun. We would definately stay here again.

Everything at the condo was as described and pictured, modern, clean, fully equipped to make my stay so comfortable. Located just steps to the Main street downtown, I walked everywhere with ease. I highly recommend this rental.

Very well appointed condo, conveniently situated downtown, and very quiet and peaceful.

Three people can easily stay in separate areas with comfort, we each had a room to ourselves, important when conferencing. And then there was lots of room to sit and eat together and chat too. Artfully decorated and furnished. A lovely big bathroom. We did not want for anything.

The blinds need repairing, but I am sure the owner will fix them before next rental.
