Wonderfully restored historic home

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful home in Stanwood, close to interesting shops in Mount Vernon. A very peaceful home with a large yard. The home is in excellent condition - very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay over New Year's!

Absolutely Beautiful

  • 5 of 5

Loved this home! It is taken care of very well and in the perfect location! We stayed here to go see the Christmas lights at Warm Beach and it was only a 15 minute drive away....would have been less if we didn't make a wrong turn somehow.

Wonderfully updated historical farmhouse

  • 5 of 5

We loved our brief stay at the farmhouse! Everything was immaculately clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment including appreciated extras like ziploc bags. We headed over to the Warm Beach Christmas Lights event which was so fun for our littles, and the best lights display I've seen. This would be an excellent getaway for an entire winter break, like having an entire bed and breakfast to ourselves (make your own breakfast, of course!).

Well supplied beautiful farmhouse

  • 5 of 5

This is our second visit to this house and we loved our stay. The internet is adequate but not zippy and our cell phones worked. The house is equipped better than any VRBO house. The kitchen has everything and I even found a pad of paper and some tape to close up an envelope. There are no curtains on the windows downstairs and some of the upstairs windows are without as well. There's only one blow dryer that we could find. The owners must live near by, because we needed help with the fireplace on our last stay and they came right away.

This large farm house is beautifully redone. It's peaceful and nice.

The wireless worked well, as did Our AT and T cell phones. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed except maybe a knife sharpener. The TV has very limited channels, but we did get the Seahawks! The owner came right over when we said we were having trouble with the fireplace.

The Farmhouse was a great place for my family to get together. We couldn't had found a nicer place

This was our second stay at the lovely restored farmhouse. The house is immaculate and the kitchen provides everything that one would need in order to prepare a meal. The beds, and might I add the pillows, are very comfortable, so everyone enjoyed a good night's sleep. Extra bedding is provided in case an evening might become cooler than expected. The property is very close to Stanwood, so getting to a large grocery store only takes a few minutes. Camino Island is also just a very short drive away. We so enjoyed the view from the back porch where we watched an eagle take a magical flight into the clouds. The manager, Jenn, is always available to answer any questions. My daughter-in-law and I even had our hair done in Stanwood, and it was a very pleasant experience... everyone was so friendly. I would certainly recommend this lovely site to my friends. A special thank you to Jenn for being so accommodating.
