Great stay, awesome location and the beach was rad. Getting to the beach can be a little tricky with the washed out stairs, so be careful.

This is a spectator vacation property. A beautiful, quiet and comfortable home. The waterfront hot tub was a big plus. I hope to come back some day.

All.was lovely inside and out and precisely as pictured. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked w all manner of cooking utensils... and even a very good set of knives!! Often such accomdations seem to supply the cheapest cutlery sets money can buy :)

This is a great home with beautiful views both outside and inside. The waves are steps away and the small beach is great for swimming at high tide. We’ve come annually for several years with our friend group and have already booked for next year.

Everything about this seaside VRBO was perfect. A restful reprieve from wedding festivities at Hope Island Beach Club. Amazing views. Hot tub that felt like an infinity pool. Perfectly cozy beds. Great kitchen. And darling PNW decor.

This was our second trip to Tipping Rock and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The view is stunning with lots of wildlife to observe, The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The beach in front of the house is perfect for rock hunting and exploring, and the garden is lovely. The new furniture in the living area makes it even more enjoyable for our group. We hope to return soon to this peaceful, magical place.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the views of the bay! Enjoyed watching bald eagles and saw a harbor seal. Wonderful views from the hot tub. The house is well furnished and had everything we needed. Host was responsive. Hope to return again soon!

We enjoyed this Vrbo as a quiet and peaceful and scenic landing place halfway between a very busy Vancouver and Seattle. The view was breathtaking. We loved the hot tub and the deck. We also loved the bath tub in the master bath. The beds are comfy! We enjoyed our time in the La Conner and Anacortes area.

Judy, the host of this property was quick to answer any questions. The location of this property is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub, but it would’ve been nice. The house has plenty of space with a well equipped kitchen. We didn’t cook, but I did drink coffee. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom and the bedding was very comfortable.There’s one TV in the house, we never turned it on. Looking out the large windows at the water was enough. We got to see otters swimming around. We also saw many deer as we drove down the street.

Perfect! The views were amazing. The home was spotless. Kitchen complete with lots of coffee and tea. Comfy beds and super soft towels. Would definitely come back! Oh and the hot tub was hot and such an extra perk!

Gorgeous water view from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Very nice deck and hot tub overlooking the water. Kitchen was nicely stocked so meals were easy to prepare. We enjoyed watching the birds, bunnies and the tides flow in and out in front of the house. Beautiful sunsets!! A big bonus, we loved the eclectic collection of art in the home. We hope to return to this fabulous home.

The house was located in a beautiful part on the outskirts of Laconner Washington. The water from the bay came up and down to the house daily. It was awesome. Saw bald eagles, deer and rabbits. Fabulous location, visited Anacortes, a couple of different times easy commute. Peaceful, relaxing, quiet, cozy. Girls trip and we all loved it. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows squishy. Which I love.
