The location next to the lower pool and up on the hill above the road allows for great ocean views and away from road noise-making the condo one of the prime in the complex for privacy, convenience and view. The owner was very responsive from booking through the end of the stay. The condo is nice and it is very well situated along the waterfront area.

Host was friendly with great communication. Condo was clean, as advertised, and fully stocked with everything you need. Beautiful location, close to the ocean and beaches. The pools on the property are great. HOA rules are a bit excessive, but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

Thank you for the 5 Star review and comments. Yes,Maui Kamaole is noted for having one of the best locations on the South shore of Maui and the condo is perfectly situated for oceanview and privacy. I appreciated you noting the AOA rules. Not only is the property a resort for vacation but also has many second home owners that come over to get away and look forward to a peaceful,quiet and calm setting during their stay. Other resorts may not be quite as strict but can have more problems with all night parties and noise ,etc . Excellent stay despite some difficult weather. The condo was exactly as described and well stocked. Jim was excellent to deal with and we are looking forward to returning.

Thank you for the review. Yes, Maui Kamaole is located at the south end of Kihei adjacent to Wailea and really is a perfect balance between the two. Smaller and more intimate with more local flavor than the larger resorts in Wailea yet convenient to both shopping and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea. Hoping to see you back again soon! The property and unit were excellent. We enjoyed our view from the lanai. The condo was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was well stocked. We totally enjoyed the stay.

Thank you for the nice review and comments on beds and kitchen. Glad you founds beds comfy as everyone has a bit different opinion on mattresses and we have tried to select bedding that is comfortable for all. We also flip and turn mattresses regularly to maintain support and comfort. I had checked in after you had time to settle in and just wanted to let you know that the annual AC maintenance has been scheduled after you reported seeing the change filter light on on one of the AC units-I appreciate you letting me know. Also you had reported a problem with one of the bottom fitted sheets and I followed up to be sure there was a new supply of sheets-thank you again for alerting me. I am going over next month to follow up on all and meeting with contractors for upgrades to the unit. Hopefully you will be back in the future to enjoy! Thank you again for the review and comments ! The property was perfect. Location was fantastic. Short walk to the beach and shops. Across the property is a pool. I had questions and they answered promptly. The beds were very comfortable which is important if you will be there for more then a few days. I'm so happy we stayed here then a resort. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Location

This unit was perfect for 2 couples...it is extremely soundproof. Being located right across from pool/spa area was great. Good views from front lanai of ocean and sunsets. Overall a relaxing stay was had by all.

Thank you so much for the nice review. Yes, the 2 bedroom units at Maui Kamaole are very quiet as they are second floor entrance town home style with no units above. The unit it is perfect for two couples with two bedrooms and two baths on separate floors and nicely appointed living area for dining and relaxing . I actually arrived just after you left and the unit was left so nice and clean. Thank you! A new addition is a Keurig coffee maker with a wide selection of coffee so for your next trip back -something new to enjoy! Just right for 2 couples

We had everything we needed in terms of space, kitchen equipment, and amenities. Just a short walk to the beach and lots of food choices within a couple of miles.

We just left the beautiful condo. Can exspress how the owner has put in so much thought and effort in having the best vacation for guests. It is a absolute gem.

My on island team and myself try to make our guests as comfortable as possible and try to bring “aloha” to your stay- mindful of times past when all are welcome and offer an island experience to relax and enjoy the amazing beauty of the island. The condo is also furnished to bring memories of the past when cultures of China,England and Hawaii were mixed in the classic Hawaiian hotels and homes. For myself-an escape to more tranquil times. Nice Condo in Kihei

Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It was a bit smaller that I anticipated but was clean and in a good location. Jim was quick to reply to my questions and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and our stay.

Family Get Away

The property was clean and was in the condition that we expected. Excellent location to the pool for a quick evening dip! Jim was easy to get hold of and quick to response to any inquiries .

Maui Vacation

We went to Maui for a family vacation, our first time here in 6 years. This condo was a great location with lots of room for all 4 of us. The owner and property manager were responsive to our needs and made our stay great. I’d recommend this unit!
