About Kathy Turnquist
We are a San Francisco based couple who discovered the unique La Quinta Resort over 30 years ago. We subsequently purchased our home in the gated community adjacent to the hotel with their expansive green golf course vistas, spacious living areas, and great guest entertaining spaces. We cherish being able to stroll from home with our little dog Mojito to the hotel where there is always action: morning coffee, brunch, evening music, cocktails, and dinner. We are professional realtors and property managers and have uniquely decorated and equipped our home with vacation visitors in mind. Our super local property manager, will assist with checking in, familiarize you with the property and be on call for any assistance needed during your stay.

Great property with wonderful views close to resort and golf also private and quiet
We were greeted by Dennis the manager who welcomed us and had great suggestions for dining and offered his help. The property is very clean and well appointed and decorated.
Wonderful patio with beautiful views to have morning coffee and or cocktails in the evening.
Hope to return again soon.
This is our second time staying at this property, and it is really great. Exactly as pictured; well outfitted; spacious and bright. Terrific property manager - there to meet us and respond to any issues/questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
Lovely home in a terrific setting.
Excellent communication with both owner and manager. Arrangements and instructions were easy. Home immaculate. Top appliances; wonderfully equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens and over the top electronics. Dennis was a joy to work with re entry and exit; immediately available to answer questions and facilitate a happy stay. Would highly recommend but want it for ourselves for a longer term rental.

Casa Bonita has it all for the price: lovely location, good furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor spa, nicely maintained condo and a great owner, Kathy , with whom you deal:she was so accommodating,even though was abroad at that time. Her manager, Dennis, was top-notch.We will return again!
The weather was an issue; we were there during the Montecito mudslides ,but didn't get drenched as they did...it rarely pours in Palm Springs area, but it can happen.Besides, the condo also had many books, games and movies to watch while it drizzled. Not a problem.
Another plus: wonderful, plush towels in the bathrooms.

Beautiful Home!! Absolutely perfect for us!!!
Our family arrived after a long drive and were met and checked in by the property manager, he was great, let us know about golf, and lots of other local activities. He let us know if we needed anything just call him anytime. This home was so comfortable, we grilled outside, walked over to the hotel restaurants, and to the nearby pool and spa, really had a holiday "away from it ", lots of space for all of us and not stuffed into a few hotel rooms. Hope to return again soon.
Fantastic Family Getaway
We recently stayed at this lovely home in La Quinta and highly recommend the property.
The home is well equipped and maintained and perfectly situated with easy access to the Hotel property.
The home is perfect for entertaining; with the living room and dining room opening to the patio. We had a number of very nice summer evenings under the desert stars.....
We will return again.
