We are married and our main home is in St. Louis, MO. One of us is a retired school teacher and the other is President and majority owner of a specialty contracting company. Both of us have always enjoyed the high country and had dreams of owning in the mountains. Well our dream came true and we are truly blessed that we have fulfilled our dream. After searching in Summit County for several years, we found there is no other property that comes close to Point Dillon's breathtaking view. It is conveniently located to highways, shopping, Denver, and did we mention a lake, ski areas, bike path, marina, park, and amphitheater?

What makes this condo unique

Unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. Less than a minute walk to the bike path. Common park area for lawn play, relaxation, and entertaining. It's easy to fall in love with our unit the minute you walk into the charming entry way. The condo interior is one of the most beautiful and well done we have ever seen as attention was given to every little detail with the renovation. The building is solid and one of the best built in Summit County. The amenities were everything we were looking for; on the water with a mountain view, upscale decor, indoor parking, pool & hot tub, near shopping, highways, hospital, and summer & winter activities.

Great Views in well-appointed condo on Lake Dillon.

Thanks again for a wonderful stay on Lake Dillon! We enjoyed the updated bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. The garage parking was great as we got snow two days, and the amenities in the condo complex are great! We hope to return again next year!

Wonderful weekend trip

The property exceeded our expectations -- stunning views from the large windows, a beautifully furnished and spacious condo (even better than the photos), ideal location, and responsive owner. Perfect winter break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lakefront property! Our family of four enjoyed all the comforts of home - the condo was even better than described and had all the wonderful touches and amenities to make it truly comfortable. Our children (ages 7 and 10) loved the selection of board games which we played each evening after dinner. The location was close to shopping (a decent grocery store is just across the highway), needed rentals and skiing. We enjoyed one day each at Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski resorts. We also spent a day snowshoeing at the Breckenridge Nordic Center. There are plenty of restaurants in the area (we frequented Dillon Dam Brewery across the highway) but the kitchen was so well stocked we cooked many meals in the condo. The in unit washer and dryer was a convenient addition after the long days on the mountain. The view overlooking the lake was stunning! It was definitely hard to leave this wonderful place and we can't wait to return. Thank you Gerry and Katy for allowing us to stay in your lovely mountain home!

Lake Dillon Condo

One of my favorite VRBO's to date. Pictures do not do it justice. Incredibly beautiful scenery from living room and master bedroom. Condo was immaculate, very well equipped, with high end upgrades. Katy and Gerry were very easy to work with and responded quickly. An example of an ideal VRBO experience.

Point Dillon is one of the most convenient and picturesque locations you'll find in Colorado. The beautiful and serene setting is viewed on one side of our property while the other side not only has the scenic mountains but shopping across the way and down in the valley. The heart of Dillon, along with the amphitheater and marina, is all within walking distance. One must attempt biking the path around the lake. If you succeed you can pat yourself on the back for Swan Mountain is included in your bike ride! For those who prefer a leisurely walk on the path, take time to view and read about the sculptures and history of Dillon posted along your walk.
