Urban rustic meets Sunriver! This recently updated home is right in the heart of Sunriver. The new kitchen boasts quartz counters and stainless appliances, overlooks the living/dining areas so the cook in the family can still participate in watching the big game, movie or family fun. The dining area, with custom table and rustic Mason jar style lighting, gives ample room for your family meal or formal dining, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Two bedrooms and one bath occupy the ground level, one with a king bed, second with a queen. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and one bath; third bedroom with a king bed and fourth bedroom has one bunk bed with twin trundle underneath (sleeps 3). The loft area has an old fashioned game table, arcade game, PlayStation 3, foosball, and flat screen TV. The loft also has a pullout queen sofa for additional sleeping, it's a great area for the kids.

Located on one of the largest lots in Sunriver, the back deck offers loads of privacy with a hot tub, a bike path close by, and is just a short walk to the Big Deschutes River. There is also a large, detached 2-car garage to store all your toys. This home has everything you need to make your Sunriver vacation a fun, wonderful memory for the entire family.

Sunriver is Great. The house is in need of a few major repairs. The most annoying is the fact that the patio doors (both of them) either need to be replaced or worked on. The screens on them definitely need to be replaced. It is so difficult to open and close the patio doors that it makes you not even want to use them. A child under the age of 10 would not be able to open them. Major setback for the house. Second because of no AC it is imperative that you open the house up in the evening. However, there are no screens on the windows. This makes for bugs to enter or maybe other critters. Two of the windows would not stay open and would need to be propped open with something. The bedroom window with the bunk beds with no screen on it and it opening from the bottom would make it totally unsafe for a young child to use this room with the window open. They could crawl out or fall out from the second floor. Terrific safety hazard. Same with bonus room. Screens should be a must as a basic safety concern. Think you could have a clear liability issue if something happened. Patio deck floor was wonderful. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. Only problem there was that there were so many pots and pans and dishes it left no room for food. Kitchen needs a spatula though. The house could use a small vacuum cleaner or a decent broom and dust pan. Right now there is a broom that looks like it must be 25 years old, had to go to garage to find dustpan and a small tank vacuum that looks like a miniature indoor/outdoor vac with only a short hose on it and no floor pieces. Nice location off the beaten path with trails nearby.

fun!

  • 4 of 5

The stay at this house was very nice, kitchen well stocked, beds really comfortable.

It had bikes, a big plus, as rentals are a bit pricey. The only drawbacks were, the full size arcade game was broken, and the ball from the foosball was missing.

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this unit for our family to come down for a brothers wedding. It fit us perfectly. It was off the beaten path, no road noise. The house is lovely and furnished with everything a family of all ages would need. Games, puzzles, fooseball table, t.v.'s, dvd players, bikes, hot tub, etc. Two decks with tables and chairs on both. The kitchen was outfitted with most anything a person would need. We saw deer every morning and throughout the day in the yard. What a treat. Loved our stay!!! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation.

long weekend for our anniversary

  • 4 of 5

#3 Crater was a great location and set up for our long weekend. It was all we needed and the central location made it easy to say out of our car and on our bikes. The hot tub was perfect for the star filled nights. The grill worked great for our dinners after the long bike rides all around sun river. The bathrooms were a bit older but fine and the bedrooms (2 couples) worked out great with one master on the main and one upstairs. The kitchen was adequate and worked out well for a relaxing weekend. Would recommend this home for a great family get away.
