Beautiful Oceanfront Condo with Direct Beach and Pool Access from Your Private Porch! A tropical setting w/views of palms & the ocean from the porch!

This condo features crisp white cabinetry, granite countertops, and tile flooring in fully equipped kitchen. Dining area has seating for five, with four additional stools at the counter. The living room offers beautiful furnishings including a queen size sleeper sofa, a HDTV, and access to a private balcony that leads down to the complex pool and beach. The master bedroom boasts new tile flooring (Fall '14), a king bed, HDTV, sitting area w/access to the balcony and the beach, and full private bath w/a garden tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, television, and shares a full bath with the hall. The second bedroom offers a pyramid bunk (full bed on bottom, twin on top), and a trundle (twin), television with VCR, and shares a bath w/walk-in shower w/hall. Located in the heart of IOP, near lots of shopping and restaurants. Access to complex pool. Linens and Wi-Fi included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Undercover parking for 2 cars.
Beach and community pool access.
Elevator and stairs access:
*The elevator is back in service, as of 4/29/24. Modernization is complete and it has been inspected by the state.


Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed; shares bath with hall; TV.
Bedroom 2: Pyramid Bunk (Full on bottom, twin on top) and trundle (one twin); TV/VCR; full bath with
walk-in shower shared with the hall. *this room can sleep up to 4 children or 2 adults
Bedroom 3: King bed; private bath with garden tub & walk-in shower; TV; access to balcony.
Dining table seats 5 with additional seating for 4 at bar.

Amenities:
Rentals are stocked with small 'starter packs' that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/15/25; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

Great location, very convenient to pool and beach. Ample kitchen supplies. Very convenient to near by coffee, restaurants, and ice cream. Only 4 stars because queen bed was not comfortable and we didn’t have enough pillow cases for all pillows.

Also, short walking distance to ACME Low country the best restaurant on the island and wonderful breakfast place called Sea Biscuit. Several bars and restaurants rights next door. Grocery store also very close. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable in all aspects. It was a wonderful vacation and we will certainly be back to this condo again.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at 1140 several times and tried multiple units with generally good experiences. #104 was a great experience - it was clean, well-kept, had comfortable furniture, nice reno on master bathroom, and had great televisions (and Xfinity voice remotes). Easy access from balcony to pool and beach was great. Too bad the palm trees obscure a bit of the great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend unit. Also, the Island Realty check-in/out process was flawless this time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th time to Isle of Palms since 2007 and we always stay at Ocean Boulevard 1140. We love the location and like to stay on the first floor so that we can walk down the steps of the balcony to access the path to the beach. This is our second year in a row in unit 104. It has been recently remodeled and is updated and clean inside. The entire exterior of the building was painted since last year and gives it an updated look. Our only complaint about the unit is the furniture on the balcony; it needs to be refreshed. The salt air is turning some if it rusty and cushions are stained and dirty. It also appears that the new concrete walkways on the property to the pool and beach are already cracking and there are some tripping hazards. We liked the old wooden boardwalk better.

The fridge seemed to need some TLC or repair. The fridge side didn't seem to be very cold and the freezer was very cold. Their was frost build up in the fridge. Only saw one roach. Loved this place! Some mold in the shower areas. Wish I could stay all summer. The family loved it. There is a fan in the kids room that was nice but needs a good cleaning and new filters. It is pretty dirty. The dish washer which we did not use had a terrible odor. Just didn't open again. Minor things I know. We love this place. Hope to see #140 again soon.

The beach and pool access could not be a shorter walk, which is great if you have kids. The community is quiet. I think there is some wear on the condo as you would expect with a vacation rental (bathrooms and kitchen). Also, the cleaners missed a cigarette butt in the kitchen wedged between the kitchen mat and shoe molding at the sink, which my toddler found... so I will be subtracting a star for that. I also thought this was a nonsmoking property... but I guess these guests smoke outside? Tip- move kitchen mat(s) when cleaning.

The shower coming off the beach was reliable. Although weathered, the gas grills were great for "that day in dinner". The tv and wifi were very good. The beds, bathrooms and furniture were up to date and comfortable. All in all, one of the best stays we've had on the island.

It’s ok if you don’t require sleep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start with the mattresses were horrible on all the beds. No one slept well.That was the biggest issue. They had all these throw rugs that would slip out from under your feet. The complex has metal doors to access the pool and ocean and garage to pool/ ocean access. Every time someone goes through its metal hitting metal with a loud noise. You hear it banging continuously while you’re on your balcony or at the pool. The unit itself was in good condition but again when I spend that kind of money I’d like to be able to sleep at night. When you’re charging that kind of money per week you should be able to afford some decent mattresses. We won’t be staying here again.
