Welcome to your perfect Sunriver getaway

Situated among towering pines, there is completely new mountain furnishings in this 1515 sq ft home on a large private lot with lots of common space. This quality constructed home is centrally located in Sunriver. Just a short walk or ride on the bike path will take you to Fort Rock Park with all its activities and Tennis Courts or you can head in the other direction to the Deschutes River.

This reverse living floor plan features a great room with vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have a great room where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open. All the windows overlook common space on 3 sides of the home. There is a wood stove (wood provided) for those cold winter evenings or turn on the air conditioning for those hot summer afternoons. There is a TV with a DVD, and a movie collection along with board games. We also have a Stereo/CD. We also have hi-speed wireless internet. The living room also has a queen size sofa sleeper. The large wrap around deck will keep you in the sun or shade the entire day. There is a gas barbecue, umbrella table and plenty of seating along with the hot tub on the deck.

The dining area has plenty of seating with 2 more at the island. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The master bedroom has a king size log bed along with a TV & DVD.

The lower level has bedroom #2 which has a log queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is just down the hall after the second bathroom where there is another queen size bed and a twin bunk set. There is a TV with VCR & DVD in this room.

The laundry area is just off the hall where there is a full size washer and dryer. There is access to the garage where you will find a nice size 2 car garage and bikes. We also have a 'Horse-Shoe-Pit' if you want try hand at horseshoes. There is a vast area of bike trails in Sunriver just waiting for you to explore.

About Clark

My wife and I both love Sunriver so much, that we not only own 4 properties here, we live here. We take great pride in each of our homes and condos. These are also our homes and this how we treat them. We are continually updating and improving each property, as our repeat past guest will tell you.

Why Clark chose Sunriver

We purchased our Rogue Lane home in 2005. This was an investment property but it has turned out to be one of our favorites to stay at since it is so private. When sitting on the deck, which surrounds 3 sides of the home, you cannot see any other homes. It is located on the end of a very private cul-de-sac.

What makes this house unique

Our Rogue Lane home is very centrally located in Sunriver. Close to all the activities Sunriver has to offer.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was well appointed and it really had everything we needed, including a basting brush. We would definitely rent again, if we don't find something to buy! We love Sunriver. Thank you, Clarks!

My favorite place

I'm hesitant to write this review because I don't want everyone else to know about one of my favorite places in Sunriver! First I have to say I've stayed in several properties owned by Clark & Bridgett and I love them all, always clean, well stocked, & tastefully decorated. They are also great at communicating with tenants. This particular home is my favorite because of the open layout and upper deck. My boys love the bikes, horseshoes, & SHARC passes. The wood stove is lovely in the winter, making the family room cozy and perfect for games or a movie. I love the memories we've created the few times we've stayed here and hope we are able to return for more!

It was so warm and inviting. It had everything we needed! Waffles for breakfast, can do! Even a crock pot, which we didn't use but would be very nice to have a meal already prepared! There were many bikes to choose from too! We loved your home! We'll be back!

second time and just as great

I always hesitate to write positive reviews because I don't want our favorite places to get so busy that we have too much competition for dates in the future :)

This place is very homey. We love the big kitchen. We enjoy the location. It's not a walk to SHARC, but we find that we always have so much pool gear that it's better to drive over there anyway, and it's an easy drive. We like the walk to the river and the privacy of this particular lot. The beds are comfortable. The ceiling fan kept us cool enough without even having to turn on the AC. We love the quick bike ride to tennis courts that I don't think people have on their radar.

Great for our family

Location, amenities, and ease of experience were fantastic. The family enjoyed gathering on the deck and we saw several young deer around the property. We look forward to a return trip and will inquire upon the owners' other properties.

Cancellation Policy:
For all Summer / Holidays, cancellations made within 90 days of arrival date require full forfeiture of rental deposit, and for Ski and Low Season, cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date require full forfeiture of rental deposit. All cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date require full forfeiture of all rents & deposits paid. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to circumstances beyond our control. There are no refunds due to natural or man-made disaster, electrical blackout, loss of telephone service or any event beyond our control.

Rescheduling Policy:
Outside of 90/60 days prior to arrival: We will credit you the full amount with no fee toward your next stay. Rescheduling inside of 90/60 days prior to arrival: $150 Fee & if we can rent out the same time for the same rate we will refund the amount you have paid minus $150. If we are unable to rent out the same time, or any part of the same time for a lesser rate, there will be a $150 fee and the amount we may have collected from the new guests will be refunded to you. Any remaining amount over what was collected and what you had paid will be credited toward your next stay. If the second reservation is rescheduled again and we are unable to rent out the same time, or part of the same time for a lesser rate, the difference will be forfeited.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
