Amazing view and cleanliness

We had a great stay at Davy's, the place was perfectly prepared and clean when we arrived, there was an amazing view from the terrace and the communication with Davy was very swift and warm! 10/10 stay, definitely recommending!

Great View, Nice Neighborhood

We stayed here for a week over the Cannes Film Festival. The apartment was just as advertised. The balcony was a hit and we were not bothered by mosquitos or flies. Yes, there was a great view. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go quite easily. Small grocery markets and the beach are nearby. The kitchen had everything you could need. The bathrooms were larger than I expected - with good fixtures and nice showers. The apartment was very clean and easy for us to keep clean. The building is nice, clean and secure.We had a very nice stay.

Spacious apartment within walking distance of Cannes center

This wonderful apartment has a wonderful terrasse with a view of the ocean, an amazing swimming pool which was never crowded, and it is within walking distance of the beach and La Croisette. We stayed 6 people, which the apartment easily accommodated, and had a great time. The owner was very helpful and all communication was handled efficiently. Thank you for a great holiday.

I booked this for colleagues who stayed here for Cannes Film Festival. They were delighted with the property! Main perks were it proximity to amenities, a simple walk to the Palais, was quiet and had a great view! I would not hesitate to book this again.

Helt grei leilighet. Bra bassengområde men ikke solsenger. 8 senger men ikke nok stoler eller solsenger (terrassen) til alle. Kjøkkenet var ikke renvasket og var fettet og lite innbydende. Ok beliggenhet men avstandene som oppgis er feil. Det er lengre til strand og sentrum enn det som oppgis. Ikke AC som trekker mye ned.

Séjour de rêve - Vue fantastique

Quel plaisir de se réveiller chaque matin au calme avec une vue sur les palmiers et la mer ! Je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour de deux semaines dans cet appartement lumineux, reposant et bien placé. La terrasse permet de profiter chaque instant de la vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée. La piscine est grande et très agréable. La plage est à 5 min et le centre-ville à 15 tout au plus, accessible en longeant la mer ou en passant par le Suquet, quartier historique de Cannes. Je remercie la propriétaire, avenante au possible, et recommande fortement cet appartement à quiconque souhaite visiter Cannes ou se détendre au soleil.

Beautiful apartment, stunning view

We stayed here for a week and have to say that it was brilliant value. Davy was very accommodating and great with communicating before our arrival. The apartment was spacious enough for 8, very clean and well maintained, the pool is lovely especially after a day out. The balcony is large and runs all the way around with a lovely view of the sea. It's well located - about 7 mins from the beach and 10-15 mins from the marina where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The train station is easy to get to as well. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

Perfect!

We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed our time here. Firstly the location is great: it's near the beach and restaurants but not so close that it's too noisy, in fact it's quite calm most of the time. If you feel up to walking its not far from the train station in Cannes, otherwise there are bus lines that pass through regularly. The "Palais des Festivals" is also a bit further along, around 15 minutes. As the weather was good we mostly walked to make the most of it! The actual apartment is lovely, there were only 4 of us but it could comfortably fit about 8 people without feeling crowded! It was very clean and nicely decorated , not lacking in space and the beds were comfy. Strong points were the balcony that goes all the way round, so we were able to enjoy eating our meals outside with an amazing sea view! As well as a kitchen with just about everything you need if you want to cook yourself. Will definitely be coming back if we get the chance!

Splendid location and spacious apartment

We were met by a cheery crew, Lydia & Co. They were helpfull, corteous, and smiling. The apartment is within walking distance of Cannes Centre, perfect for an evening out in the best parts of town, or for shopping. Not much noice considering it is so close to the city center. The flat is inside a well kept apartment complex and is quite roomy. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Do note that there are no sunbeds by the pool, but the beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Une merveille !

Je garderai un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Cannes (3 semaines, en couple) dans cet appartement. La ville est superbe, et l'appartement a dépassé nos attentes : outre la vue merveilleuse dont nous pouvions disposer chaque matin (depuis la chambre) ou à chaque repas (depuis le salon), nous ne pensions pas à être si proches de la mer - à l'aller, car au retour... Il faut un peu monter ! - ou du centre ville. Du point de vue de la localisation, nous avons donc profité de tous les avantages de la vie urbaine (commerces, magasins, restaurants...) avec un bonus extrêmement appréciable en vacances : le calme. La décoration est agréable et "zen", et l'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Nous aurions pu accéder à la piscine, mais il faisait encore un peu froid pour en profiter (fin mars/début avril)... Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son amabilité !

Beautiful apartment

Very charming large apartment with perfect views. Very helpful owner who met us late after a travel delay. The apartment is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and separate laundry. There is a large living room and enormous balcony with views to the sea overlooking the beautiful Cannes Villa Rothschild and gardens. The apartment is a 10 minute taxi ride from Cannes TGV station and a short walk to the beach and the old town/ restaurants/ le vieux port. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for couples or families.

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes restés 6 jours lors du festival de Cannes à 7 et nous avons été plus qu'enchantés par cet appartement : - pouvant loger jusqu'à 8 personnes sans problème (2 SdB) - copropriété très calme et bien entretenue - Très belle vue sur mer d'une chambre, du salon et surtout de la terrasse où nous avons pu manger. - Situé idéalement à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et de la croisette. Bref, nous le recommandons vivement !

Conforme à nos attentes

Le logement est tel que décrit. Très propre, confortable et sécuritaire. De plus, il est bien situé et la vue est belle. La propriétaire est très avenante et nous a dépanné pour un appel interurbain que nous avons fait et un cellulaire perdu. Le concierge qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique. Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le logement offre une vue...

Le logement offre une vue magnifique sur la Méditerrannée. De plus, le logement est suffisamment grand pour accommoder sans problème 6 adultes. La terrasse est très grande et aménagée de façon à ce que l'on puisse y prendre nos repas et se relaxer. Le condo est situé à proximité de la mer, de la Croisette et des marchés. Nonobstant le bruit occasionné par des travaux importants sur la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée et la proximité d'une école, le secteur est tranquille et sécuritaire. À l'exception des coussins du mobilier de salon qui n'offrent aucun confort, nous avons été satisfaits de l'équipement offert dans son ensemble. Les procédures de location avec la propriétaire ont été simples et nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de Lydia. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce condo.
