La villa n ° 504 se trouve du cÎté du golfe du complexe, à quelques pas de la plage. Nouveau décor avec écran plat HDTV, cùble numérique avec lecteur DVD. Cuisine complÚte avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, une cafetiÚre et un mixeur.


Cette propriété peut accueillir 4 personnes avec le lit queen size dans la chambre et le lit queen size dans le salon. Non recommandé pour plus de 4 adultes. Un bain de jardin super grand avec douche autonome.


Le complexe propose une piscine chauffĂ©e toute l'annĂ©e. We have stayed in several different units at Destin West. We love the location and the amenities, but the Villa was not our favorite. It was comfortable and the view was nice, but it was loud and lacked privacy. The company was easy to work with and very accommodating.

We loved our time at Destin West. The location was perfect in the villas with a short walk to the beach and large pool and then also the option of going across the bridge to the bayside and the lazy river. The condo unit was very clean and updated. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sunrise in the west. The beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful - especially since it was very hot during our stay. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the Boardwalk for dinner, shopping and coffee and also a walk on the pier where we saw many sea turtles and other sea creatures. We definitely want to go back and would love to stay in the same unit!

Loud, Disruptive, and Mishandled – Disappointing Experience

This was an expensive trip meant to be a restful vacation for our family. Instead, we were woken up three nights in a row around 3:30–4:00 AM by a loud mechanical noise from the A/C unit. Our children had to be moved from the sofa bed into a crowded room just to get a few hours of sleep.We sent multiple videos with timestamps, showed clear communication efforts, and remained respectful throughout. The host’s representative, Beverly, acknowledged the issue and said a partial refund would be issued after checkout. After the third night of lost sleep, we requested 50% back due to the ongoing problem.No refund has been issued. No supervisor followed up as promised. The lack of accountability and follow-through from the host was extremely disappointing.This experience was not just inconvenient—it disrupted our rest, consumed our time, and overshadowed what should have been a peaceful family trip. Guests should be warned to document everything and be prepared to escalate if issues arise.

Great stay at this condo! We stayed with our 4 year old daughter. While it was only a one bedroom with a double bed, we brought a small tent for her so she has a blast “camping out”. Very clean and the property has so many pools, including a lazy river. Great place for two people or a small family!

Great Location and View

The location, unit, and condo amenities are great! We have stayed at DestinWest prior and love all the amenities. Chairs and umbrella included, close beach access, lazy river, lots of pools, and perfect beach location. The only down fall of this specific unit was the sofa and sofa bed. Both very uncomfortable. Thankfully, I read the reviews prior so we brough an air mattress, but a new sofa sleeper would go a long way with this unit.

Great time

When I booked I’d figure it’ll be same size as two queen hotel room. It in fact was bigger and functioned well for us and our two kids (9 year and 1 year olds). Location was perfect to beach, lazy river and boardwalk. View from balcony was beautiful. Parking garage access on same level was huge plus for stroller and wagons. Staff was very active in communications. Would recommend and re book again.

The resort feels large and spread out, not crowded at all, even during a busy week like spring break when we were there. We enjoyed having both the beach and bay access (our son really liked fishing on the bay side). All of the resort amenities were great. The resort is conveniently located near both Okaloosa and Destin attractions. My only recommendation for the villa itself would be to have it deep cleaned and add a vacuum to the unit. My son said the pull out bed was very hard and not comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our accommodation’s. I would definitely recommend the resort and we will be back!

I guess I didn’t realize there wasn’t an actual room, it was all open not a door to separate the “room” from the living area. There were little windows that could open from the living room & the bathroom, that was strange. The bed within the couch was horrible, my kids were complaining of how bad it was & they normally don’t care where they sleep. They brought us some comforters to stack but still uncomfortable. There wasn’t an ice maker & was told there should’ve been one, they brought us 1 bag of ice. There is no ice maker anywhere. The AC stopped working, someone was prompt and came the next morning to service it overall we wouldn’t stay here again

Very nice property in a great location

This property was perfect for the two of us. Spacious yet practical! Nice pool area and enjoyed the lazy river as well! I appreciated the text messages upon arrival suggesting that we park on the level of our condo. Made unloading much easier! I have already recommended this place to a relative.
