Spacious, well maintained, 4br 3bath home overlooking Golf Course.

This 4 Bedroom 3 bath home has space for everyone. Classic decor, overlooking the seventh green of Ocean Pines Golf and Country Club. Large kitchen, Family room, living room, Dining Room with open landscape.

First floor bedroom has skylights, french doors and can be used as an additional living space with foosball table, trundle and daybed.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms have: 1 King + full futon, 1 Full bed + 1 Twin, 1 Queen and 1 twin bed.

Master bedroom has En suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. Additional full bath on second floor.

First floor there’s a Queen sleep sofa and 2 futons in the living room and 2 additional non-sleeper sofas in family room. First floor bathroom has accessible shower.

Equipped for all ages with a lotus guava travel crib in master closet, high chair in dining room, outdoor gas grill. Wifi internet, SmartTVs in 2 bedrooms and family room.

Kitchen is fully equipped with crab pots, pots and pans, utensils and 2 full sets of dishes and silverware. Kitchen cabinets house basic spices, tea, and coffee. KEURIG coffee maker. Room for one car, the garage has a keypad entry and 8 beach chairs, 2 bogey boards and 2 little kid bicycles. The driveway can easily fit 4 cars, and has a basketball hoop. Additional street parking.

1 beach parking permit included for the Ocean Pines Beach Club IN OCEAN CITY with a snack bar and restrooms.

The community has 5 “members only" pools. Pool passes are NOT INCLUDED but Weekly memberships are available for the pools at the Administration office for $165 per week for family of 4. Daily rate is $9 per person per day.

Dinner and happy hour specials are a wonderful treat at the Ocean Pines Yacht club.

You may use the house linens, but must wash and fold for the next guest. (An additional laundry fee will be assessed by the housekeeper for unwashed linens). Beach towels, quilts, bed and towels are all cotton and recently purchased. Full size washer and gas dryer on first floor.

Small dogs ok with an additional fee.

Annual family vacation to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It could have been cleaner, maybe the cleaners had an off day... The house was roomy and the location was perfect. Randi was very responsive when we had an issue. It was a little challenging to get all the sheets laundered before the 10am check out since we were a big group but we tried our best. :) We had a good vacation!

Awesome stay

Group of 12. Beautiful and spacious property. Pictures do not do it justice. Quiet neighborhood. 14 minutes drive to the beach and OC boardwalk. Groceries stores are about 5-10minutes drive.

There was left over food from previous tenets and there was only one trash bag in the home. Several fixtures were not working properly ie kitchen sink faucet would turn on, on its own and there were several lights out both in the garage and the downstairs bathroom.

Quick Summer vacation

This is a very spacious property, and the small touches make it nice for families (I've never seen a rental property with so many towels and pillows)! Randi was great to work with, and very responsive. The only small downside is that there isn't much outside space &/or amenities to enjoy on the property, itself; but, it's in Ocean Pines, so there are pools, restaurants, parks, etc. Also, it included a parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club, so easy access to the beach and a private restaurant/facility. Overall a great stay and I'd certainly recommend it!

Very tidy and lovely place

Very tidy and lovely VRBO house close to the Ocean City beaches and equipped with everything (and more) you need for a family reunion & vacation. Good beds in all three bedrooms plus a daybed in a game room. A game room was a nice extra for kids to play on a rainy day. Our party of 8 adults and 4 children felt very comfortable to stay in this nice house backing to a golf course with a real value for rentals. The hosts had provided us with all the information we needed for our stay way in advance of our actual trip. The only inconvenience was a request to complete the laundry of beddings& towels and check out by 10 am what we could not finish in time (laundry). We definitely recommend this wonderful house.

Solid VRBO Rental

We had no complainants , we enjoy VRBO for rentals it is less commercialized, so much more for your money and have not been disappointed yet. This is probably our 10th Rental through VRBO.. The house was as advertised, it had all the amenities, pots, pans, dishes, clean and in good working order. The wifi , cable all worked fine. We brought our own sheets and towels however the previous renter left the house linens in the Washer/Dryer. We cleaned them up as the house had laundry supplies. Our only thought on this house was the TV's all the older style which is fine for the bedrooms, but might want to consider a upgrade to a flat screen that has a HDI Port in the living room. We didn't have use for Google/Chrome or Netflix however if you are using a Ipad/Computer for movie source not sure if you can do that with the older Tvs. We discovered a fuseball table in the sun room so that was a lot of fun and a unexpected surprise. It was on the Golf Course if your a golfer you could see the green from the sunroom & kitchen

4th of July Stay

The house is nice and in a quiet area while still being close to Ocean City. You get a parking pass for the beach club which makes heading to the beach super easy. We had a few issues when we checked in but the owner was very responsive and fixed the issues promptly.

OCMD 2022

This is our second time using this property for our week long annual stay in OCMD with my best friend. Place is nice and roomy to allow us to spread about and still be in one rental. Absolutely love that the place provides towels/blankets/sheets that we can just wash and return without needing to pay for a service! Love staying here and will definitely stay again.

We are a NJ family, who would like to share our future retirement home with you. We rented in Ocean pines during the summer for 3 years and fell in love with the community, and its access to the beach, golf course, and of course, the horses at Assateague Island.

Why they chose this property

Located on the 7th green of the Ocean Pines Golf Club, this home is set up for relaxing and entertaining! We like to be close to the water, but not too close! The house is 15 minutes from Assateague Island which is a magical place for us. Lots of room for groups and great set up for family dinners.

What makes this property unique
