Why Brian Olsen chose Ingram
These cabins were built in the mid 1930's by a well know family in the area. They are being restored taking care to save the past and add modern comforts.
What makes this Cabin unique
The river access is across the road from the cabins. The property is along a good swimming and scenic area at Kelly Creek crossing and the Historical Sherman's Mill area. There is 350 feet of private shoreline for guest use. The cabins are two miles west is the Hunt Store and gateway to both North and South Forks of the Guadalupe River.

Nice and Relaxing
This place is wonderful. It's great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. It was our first time here but it won't be our last. Our pups enjoyed it too.
A GREAT PLACE TO UNPLUG AND UNWIND
Quaint and rustic with an outstanding view. Peaceful, quiet and quite relaxing. Minutes to the city (but why would you go). If its rustic charm you want its rustic charm you will get. We will be going back again and again.
Perfect little place for two
Everything was so great! They had dishes and cooking utensils available to use with a stove/oven. The bed was almost more comfortable than mine at home and best of all was how CLEAN the cabin was!! So pleasantly surprised! The shower is small but the cabin is small, as it should be for a 1920’s cabin. My ONLY complaint was the water pressure and running out of hot water so quickly, but DEFINITELY not a make it or break it thing for me. Not even worth taking away a star! Just about perfect Brian, thank you!!
Beautiful cabins. Met our expectations and more
Beautiful property with a great view of the Guadalupe river. Listening to the water fall was very relaxing. I fur babies loved it too
This cabin has been completely and thoughtfully restored and updated. The kitchen is ready for whatever you decide to cook, the bed is super comfortable and everything is spotless! I loved my stay here!
