NO RESERVATION OR CLEANING FEES! (ONLINE BOOKING) Reservations, billing and all communication is done directly with the owner. I can do reservations online and I do accept credit cards. I have my condo rental agreement and will communicate with you personally. Please click on send a message for a price total and current discounts. Why spend all your time driving when you can stay in a condo that is so convenient to all the attractions, shopping and shows. UNIT 202 is a two bedroom two bath condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi. The master bedroom has access to the balcony that overlooks the Little Pigeon River. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a large adjoining bath. This bath is also accessible from the hallway. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The dining area can accommodate six easily. There is a sofa and love seat in the living room. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. The bedrooms also have flat screen TVs. High speed internet with WiFi is also available. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. It is a large balcony and has four patio chairs and a breakfast table. The entrance to UNIT 202 is approx. 20 ft. from the elevator and approx. 8 ft. from the stairway. The private pool 50 ft. away is for resort guest is heated and has a hot tub. Handicap parking is available as well as regular parking directly in front of the condo building. If you book a reservation I will mail a packet to you that will include maps of the area, discount coupons for restaurants and attractions plus other brochures of interest.


All Holiday Reservations Are Three Night Minimum.

River Crossing Unit 202 is located just 1 block off the Parkway in River Crossing Resort. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, Rainforest Adventures Discovery Zoo, Raceway Amusement Park, Old McDonalds Farm Mini Golf and Tanger Outlets. There is also a Walmart Center 1 block away. Dollywood and Splash City are approx. 5 minutes away. I also have a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin in Gatlinburg Tn. It is in the Black Bear Falls Resort just 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Park entrance. VRBO #456616

About Roger

My wife and I are a semi-retired couple who enjoy the Smoky Mountain area. In addition to unit 202 at River Crossing Resort in Sevierville Tn. we own a cabin in Black Bear Falls Resort in Gatlinburg Tn. VRBO listing #456616. We take great pride in the fact that our guest enjoy their visit to the Smoky Mountain area. We are very fortunate to be able to come to the area once a month to visit and stay in our condo or cabin. It is on these trips that we check to make sure that our properties are clean and well maintained. Our home is in North Alabama on Wilson Lake. We are very family oriented and enjoy hearing that other families are pleased with our vacation rentals. When you rent with us you are dealing directly with us and our caretakers. Our caretakers have been carefully chosen by us and we are pleased to have them as our partners in providing our guest with a perfect stay at our condo or cabin. We provide phone numbers to you when you rent that will enable you to call someone for assistance should you have a problem before, during, or after you stay. The bottom line is we want our guest to have a great experience at our condo or cabin and look forward to returning.

Why Roger chose East

When my wife and I decided to buy a condo we had a wish list.The condo had to be conveniently located to shopping, attractions, theaters, restaurants and amusement parks including Dollywood and Splash City. It had to be near a grocery store, a med-center and a hospital. We wanted the condo to be in excellent condition, on the 2nd or 3rd floor near the elevator and stairway. It would need to be in a quiet area away from heavy traffic. We wanted a large balcony with a great view. The condo had to have a large kitchen and roomy dining area. It would have to be well decorated. The location of the condo would need to be in a newly developed area, very clean and safe. After looking at several condos in the area we choose River Crossing Resort Unit 202 in Sevierville Tn. because it fits this criteria. When you visit our condo I am sure you will understand why we choose this one.

What makes this condo unique

The resort is unique because it is located just 1 block off the Parkway on the Little Pigeon River. River Crossing Resort is also on a dead end street away from heavy traffic. You can jog or take a morning walk if you want and not have to deal with heavy traffic. River Crossing Resort is a single building with only 30 units so it is much more quiet than other resorts. There is a zoo across the street and Buffalo Wings restaurant next door. Other restaurants, shopping and attractions are with a short walking distance. Many other restaurants, theaters shopping outlets and attractions are only one mile away.

Riverview Crossings 202

Just off the heart of the Parkway, centrally located to all the attractions. Also situated to where you can go the back roads to avoid some of the hectic traffic at peak times. I would recommend staying here as the accommodations are great, with all you need for a quick getaway or an extended stay. We will return.

This condo was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It's in such a great location making it convenient to shopping, eating and entertainment. Owners were wonderful to work with and provided extra information about things to do during our stay, as well as coupons for local attractions. We had a great time and would enjoy staying again!

Great condo!! Super clean!!

My family enjoyed our short stay at River Crossing. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. The location was very convenient to all attractions! It was obvious the owner takes pride in their condo. The owner was also great to communicate with, very responsive. We were a day late checking in due to an unexpected death in the family and the owner offered to extend our stay by a day. We hope to stay here again in the future!
