Expériences de plage famille intacte, calme, sûr, et que dans les années passées étaient avec 26 Miles de Barrier Island plage de sable blanc, mais avec des équipements modernes et de l'accès à proximité des villes de Wilmington, Hampstead et Jacksonville. Restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied à proximité et aussi dans des villes de plage de Surf City et North Topsail voisin.

Cette maison est bien entretenu et avec vue à 180 degrés de l'océan, toutes les chambres sont en bord de mer ainsi que salon principal. Vue de Jolly Roger quai, vue sur la Voie de l'eau de son / Inter-côtière depuis le pont avant / fenêtres. Couverte et terrasses et parking couvert pour 4 véhicules. Belle et décontracté décor de plage toute.

Les lots et maisons dans la région sont bien espacés et non à l'étroit et la plage ne sont pas trop de monde même sur les semaines de vacances d'été!

Wonderful spot with kind owners.

There isn’t a better spot to be on the island! Easy walk to the town of topsail for good food and Putt putt. Beautiful views and wonderful cottage. Will definitely return.

Great Family Beach Vacation

This is our second stay at Stress Free by the Sea. It is a great house in a great location. Amazing deck with great furniture and sunrise views. House is well stocked for a magical beach vacation. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream and mini-golf! We plan to come back next year!

Family Fishing Trip

This home was so clean and beautifully decorated. Everything worked, even the small things like night lights, oven light, outdoor hoses, etc. Everything in the home was in great shape (bedding, kitchen supplies, bathrooms). While there, the hot water heater went out. The owner was right on it and before we knew it, a brand new hot water heater was installed. This was the best home we have stayed in at Topsail Island.

Great House in Topsail Beach

We come to Topsail each summer and this is the best house we've rented yet. The proximity to the town makes walking for Cora's or Lewis tacos a breeze, and when we need to go back across the bridge for something else it isn't an inconvenience. The covered decks make for great early morning and evening relaxation to the sounds of the waves.

Annual extended family vacation

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. We enjoy ocean front setting with minimal tourist attractions. Location was ideal for us. We like to cook in with 1 or 2 nights out. It was exactly what I hoped it would be.

Perfect vacation!

My family and I had the best vacation while staying here at Mike and Kathy’s. Everything was truly perfect- The location, the amenities, and the wonderful owners, Mike and Kathy. We hope to be back sooner than later! I highly recommend a stay at Stress Free By the Sea!

This was our second trip to Stress Free by the Sea, and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. The oceanfront decks are amazing, and the inside flows well for our family of 7. We are already planning next year's stay!

Great house at a great location

Stress Free by the Sea was exactly that! We had a relaxing week, and really enjoyed the location. Even on a busy day, the beach is not crowded. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Hosts are very responsive to questions also, which is appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Great Vacation

Comfortable home, well appointed, perfect location. We had great fun. (Wish there had of been a blow dryer available). Would definately rebook if we were to return to this area.

Great Location!

Location is great and check in process was excellent. Mike was very responsive. It was great to have a bedroom upstairs and the others downstairs so my elderly mother didn't have to go up and down. Great to have balconies from all of the bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great ocean getaway!

One of the best beach vacations we've ever had. Traveled with friends of ours who have been vacationing with us for over 20 years. Our adult children joined us. Room enough for everyone to have privacy, amazing location, and an incredible beach. The house has everything you need. The beach never felt crowded. Great weather every day.

Family Beach Trip to Topsail

The house and the location were wonderful. We loved the house decor, easy access to the town of Topsail and most of all the oceanfront access and view. The owner was great, communication was seamless. Mother Nature did deliver a tropical storm, which caused us to loose a beach day, but will make an interesting story to share as part of our 2023 experience!

Linens and towels

The property was great. Well stocked kitchen. The house was just great. But when we arrived in the late evening there were no sheets on the beds or towels available. Thankfully after calling the owner he gave us a code to open a closet with those items. A roof over the deck was wonderful to keep the direct sun off and make it cooler.

Amazing property!

We thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Stress free by the sea’ property! Mike was responsive to all my questions prior to and during our stay. The thermostat went out on the main floor, but was fixed the next day (we understand things happen!) & it did not affect our stay one bit. I wish some linens (towels) were provided to avoid the overhaul/extra cost, but it was clear linens would not be provided from the description. Beautiful house, access to the beach and porches!

Amazing Family Trip

Mike and his family have a wonderful property. My family has been coming to Topsail for 35 years and this is by far our favorite property we stayed at - and we’ve stayed at roughly 20 different properties through the years. The deck is beautiful and easily navigated. The deck furniture is in great condition, comfortable and sturdy. The outside shower was perfection and so well thought out. The kitchen is well stocked and the ability to easily walk to downtown was amazing. I will definitely be staying here again. Everything was clean and comfortable and I loved the reverse floor plan. Mike was also very responsive. Thank you so much for an amazing time.

Perfect Place, Perfect Location, Perfect Time of Year

This is a fantastic place to gather with friends and family JUST after the Summer high season. There was PLENTY of room for seven of us to enjoy the living room, kitchen, dining room AND the multiple decks w/chairs and loungers. The surrounding area was super-quiet, with the occasional jogger and bike riders. I KNOW it's a vastly different scene sitting the Summer, as I've been there at that time. During THIS time if the year the beach was as not crowded at all, and having the direct access from the rental is SUCH a treat. The sunrise views from the deck were just exquisite. Again, the location is simply perfect, and so was the time spent with family and dear friends.
