Sharc Passes for 2026!

Bring everyone together at this spacious North Sunriver retreat with 2 king suites, a huge game room, private hot tub, A/C, and room for up to 10 guests. Oregon Loop 11 is set up for easy family vacations, multi-family stays, and group getaways where everyone can spread out, relax, and have plenty to do right at the house.

The upstairs game room is the real star here. With a pool table, ping pong, foosball, large TV, wet bar/kitchenette, dishwasher, and comfortable seating, it gives your group a true second hangout space for late-night games, movie time, and rainy-day fun. One sofa also pulls out for additional sleeping space.

Downstairs, the main living area has an inviting lodge feel with wood and stone accents, high ceilings, a gas fireplace, and an open layout that keeps cooking, dining, and conversation connected. The remodeled kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and generous seating with space for 8 at the dining table plus room for 8 more at the kitchen bars — a major advantage for larger groups.

The sleeping setup balances privacy and flexibility. On the main level, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds, plus a full bathroom nearby. Upstairs, there are 2 king suites, each with its own bathroom, making this home an especially strong fit for groups with multiple couples, grandparents, or parents who want more privacy.

Outside, soak in the private hot tub, fire up the grill, or grab one of the 6 bikes and head out to explore Sunriver’s miles of paved paths. The home also provides SHARC passes for 2026, allowing guests to enjoy its amenities. The home is in quiet North Sunriver and is a short distance from the Marketplace grocery store, with The Village, stables, observatory, nature center, and other Sunriver attractions all within a few miles.

We visit Sunriver twice a year—-summer and winter— and this was one of our favorite homes ever. Perfect for our family, grandkids, etc. The house was fabulously equipped with everything we could want and then some. Clean, spacious, just spot on.

Best Sunriver stay

Been visiting Sunriver for the past 20 years 2-3 times a year. By far this is the best house we have ever stayed in. Very clean, newer neighborhood, huge patio seating area with new furniture, more than fully equipped kitchen. The game room upstairs with pool and ping pong tables was great. Hats off to all that provided this nice clean house. We will be back for sure.

Spring Break Vacation

This house was perfect for adults and kids. The game room upstairs is where we spent the majority of our time while at the house. The pool table and pingpong table got used a ton! We enjoyed puzzles, watching movies, the fireplace. There was enough room for all of us to be in the game room and not be on top of each other. The house had everything we needed, very well stocked. Excellent location, easy to find. We love coming to explore Sunriver, and will definitely be booking this house again!

Teen family get away

Wonderful accommodations with something for everyone Loved everything about the house and location I would much appreciate a 4 pm check in and 11 pm check out however; it is really too short for a rental like this otherwise and I probably will think twice about renting from Bennington against n unless we can stay more than 3 days as result of this Thank you for considering!

Perfect Property for a Family with Kids

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this home. We’ve booked because of the two separate living spaces. Upstairs family room offers pool table and ping pong table for adults and puzzling & game table, plus plenty of space for toddlers to play and run around. Essentially has 2 primary king en-suite bedrooms too. Great for extended family members who want privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed for food prep, including spices, food storage and wrappings. Would truly recommend.

Our stay at Oregon11 was a wonderful experience because the Bennington group is top-notch for customer service, and they pride themselves on creating the best experience for those whom they serve. Upon arrival, we were a bit surprised by what we found, but after communicating wth Colton, we understood that there had been a miscommunication/computer glitch. This is when he and his group really showed us what great customer service truly is. They went above and beyond to make everything right. They made sure our needs were met and that our accommodations were comfortable. We will not hesitate to stay at another of their properties in the future.The best part about this property was the game room! We pretty much spent all waking hours playing ping-pong, pool, watching movies, relaxing, and playing games! This house was amazing for a group. The game room upstairs was a definite favorite, with lots of seating, pool, ping-pong, a table and a Nintendo, the room got a lot of use. The outdoor space is also amazing with multiple spaces to hang out or eat a meal. We plan on renting this house again in the future.

Fabulous home

Happy with our Stay

Hello - We enjoyed out stay at this property. Overall we thought the house was clean and had nice amenities. My only reason for 4 stars are the following reasons: 1) Kitchen Pots / Pans / Utensils need to be replaced. 2) Broken Ping Pong Paddles 3) The top of the bunk beds did not seem safe for children younger than 8 years old. 4) This house does not have access to SHARC. I thought I read on the original listing we did have access but we were disappointed to find out we did not. We could have misunderstood at booking time but it's still not ideal to not have access to the pool. Overall we would stay in this house again and would recommend it. Our feedback is meant to be constructive and to improve the experience for future guests.

Such an great setup. The bonus room with the ping pong, pool, and foose is the ultimate hangout location. Would 10/10 Bennington Properties and in specific this location. Short drive/bike ride to all of Sun River's amenities.
