Just the perfect location and great quick stay. The staff are outstanding. Quiet, convenient, close to everything. I’ll be back end of summer.

Have Low Expectations
Off to a bad start. My 74 year old wife accidently left her purse at home, and she was the one who made the reservations. When we arrived the desk clerk told us we could not check in because she needed to see my wife's drivers license and credit card. I told her what happened and showed her my license, same last name, same address, etc. She said it didn't matter, that she could only check us in with my wife's license. She was very rude, and would not give in. Fortunately another woman was there and she resolved that issue. The sleeping area was very small, I would guess 12x15. With a king bed, dresser, TV stand, small refrigerator, small table with two chairs, there was little room to move around. The tiny parking lot was full so we had to park in a public lot behind the unit. And who doesn't love single ply toilet tissue? I know pot is legal in Colorado, but people standing around the grounds of the unit smoking dope made us very uncomfortable. The bed killed my back. It was clean though. All and all the second worst place we have ever stayed. You don't even want to know about the worst. We have used VRBO for many years and have been very happy with all our units until now. This is my first negative review, but I couldn't let this pass.
Telluride was not the same during the pandemic but we really enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect amount of space since we spend most of our days out hiking anyhow. We were also able to bring our dog which was a huge plus. We would love to stay here in the future!

Low budget hotel with low budget amenities in a great location
The location is fabulous but the hotel is outdated and needs some improvements for the rates being charged. The internet is horrible (my husband couldn’t connect once in 4 days), the sheets are like sandpaper and beds are too firm/uncomfortable. Since we were mostly enjoying outdoor activities it served its purpose but it was still disappointing.

Average room
Very average room. Zero housekeeping due to Covid , could not even get clean towels unless we went to the office to get them ourselves. Office hours very limited. Hot tub only open until 7. No air conditioning but a small fan available in the room. Nice wine store close by.
Too many other options to ever stay here again.
