This 2BR and 2BA condo has all you need to sleep your family or friends after a great day on the slopes. The back patio has a private jacuzzi tub, and the real wood burning fireplace will keep you comfy each night !

Located at Lower Deer Valley means you are just 1 mile from downtown Park City, and you can drive, or take the free city bus which stops in front of the condo building every 20-30 minutes.

We have secured, underground parking for your vehicle, and a ski locker just down the hall from the condo for all your ski gear. Also the Deer Valley Resort offers overnght ski storage as well.

This comfortable and fully furnished condo is an ideal vacation. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and an additional bunkbed with full size mattresses.

The Kitchen has every needed amenity and overlooks the open floor plan from Kitchen, to Dining, to Family Room. The oversized Family Room has wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and the large ajoining deck with views of the whole Deer Valley Resort.

The back pation has a 6ft x ft New Jacuzzi tub to relax away the evening after a great day of skiing.

About Steve Shuler

My name is Steve Shuler, and I am a Utah native that loves Park City and Deer Valley. This property is one of 3 I own and manage myself in the Utah Ski market. I also have 2 other VRBO properties in Solana Beach, CA near San Diego. Although I now live in Scottsdale, AZ, I am just a call/text/email away, love to help our guests, and run a large construction company based in Utah to handle any spur of the moment needs.

Very good unit in Powder Run A bldg

We have stayed over the last 10 years in many units in Powder run. This second floor unit has good beds and a great gas assisted wood burning fireplace. Some units still have hot tubs inside the bedrooms- but this unit has been renovated, removing this antiquated feature and making the bedrooms more spacious. The unit can sleep 6, and the 3 bathrooms make it feasible for 6 guests to be comfortable. Some units come stocked with many cooking staples (olive oil, flour, maple syrup, etc), while this unit keeps the food supplies to salt, sugar and pepper. We kept our cooking to basic breakfast foods. Other kitchen supplies (plastic garbage bags, plastic storage bags, aluminum foil, dish soap) were provided.

This unit was lacking furniture in the entranceway to hang and store wet ski clothes and accessories, although the dryer was great for drying any residual wet clothing in the morning before starting another ski day. The unit would have a more luxurious feel if the cabinets were stripped and refinished.

The unit's owner is VERY responsive, helping to solve any problem you bring to his attention. We have had difficulties reaching other owners/managers to resolve problems in a timely fashion, so having a responsive owner is a real plus.

To summarize, we enjoyed using the unit for our ski trip. Many features in this unit were superior to other units, while a few features were lacking.

We loved this condo. Everything was convenient and nice!

This condo is a 2 minute walk to get skis at Deer Valley and also to Bus stop. Rooms, bedding, furnishings, cookwear, fireplace and hot tub were all very nice.

Very nice apartment. Incredible location!

The apartment is beautiful and has 4 beds. Short walk to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge - like 500 feet. Clean is very important to us and the place was very clean. Steve was responsive and made the whole thing easy. Great value compared to the Deer Valley Hotel Properties in the same area.

Great Location! Great Unit

Ideal location!

This condo was in an ideal location - right next door to the St. Regis Funicular and 150 yards at most to the Snow Park Lodge. We chose this condo as we had children in ski school and needed the convenience. For those who haven't skied Deer Valley, Snow Park lodge offers free overnight storage of boots, skis and poles. With children this is huge! There are lockers to stow your snow boots in while you ski for a couple of dollars.

The condo is very roomy. Each condo has its own hot tub which appeared to be well maintained. This building, building A, is the closest to the Snow Park Lodge. If you go down the stairs instead of the elevator it is even shorter!

We did have a hitch when we got there - the condo hadn't been cleaned. We rented it for 5 nights and someone else apparently rented it for the rest of the week so there was a mix up with the cleaning service. She came as soon as she could (drove from Salt Lake) and we left the condo for a couple of hours and roamed around. We were assured an adjustment to our bill for this inconvenience.

The only other comment I have is that the kitchen is missing a few key items. We cooked in a couple of nights (tacos and spaghetti) and there was no colander to drain the ground beef or noodles. There is a large non stick skillet but it needs to be replaced - scratched and rusted on bottom. A smaller skillet would be welcomed also for eggs in the morning. Finally, they need to add a couple of large spoons (slotted and regular) for cooking. We found ourself scrambling eggs with a teaspoon.

Despite these minor inconveniences, we would recommend this condo and plan to return next year.

Perfect location condo!!

We loved our stay here! The rooms are much larger than they appear in photos and having a queen bed and bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom was perfect for my 2 kids! The high ceilings and wall of windows in the den overlooking the slopes was beautiful. The condo is on the corner closest to Snow Park Lodge and so it was so easy to check our ski's and poles at Deer Valleys complimentary storage and just walk across the parking lot to the condo. There is a side exit door on that side of the building making it even more convenient. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions. The wood burning fireplace was great at the end of the day and when I mentioned to the owner that the wood was running low, he had more firewood delivered the next day! We would definitely stay here again!!
