A perfect vacation home with incredible views from the terrace and backyard

This home is located in the gated walking village of Pueblo at Club Campestre San Jose. Spread out over 2 levels and 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, we have personally decorated our home to give it a great home-away-from-home feel. We hope you will feel relaxed and at ease the moment you arrive!

Located on the 13th fairway of the Nicklaus Designed Club Campestre golf course this villas has great views of historic downtown San Jose del Cabo, the golf course, Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountiains. You will feel the privacy, quaintness and calm as you sit on either the ground floor or second level patios at any point throughout the day.

A fully equipped kitchen with GE appliances, gas stove and oven is at your disposal to whip up that gourmet meal, or to simply mix that refreshing margarita after enjoying the surrounding area of Los Cabos.

The large, heated community pool is very close, a perfect place to spend the day or to relax after a day of golf, tennis, fishing or just hanging on the beach. The shaded sitting area at the pool has become a gathering place for homeowners and renters at the end of the day to discuss to fun they’ve had or get recommendations on what to do tomorrow.

Unlike other properties, each of the three bedrooms have their own full en-suite bathroom. A perfect solution for any guest configuration (families, golf groups or three couples).

And if you’re a family with young children, you will appreciate having two of the three bedrooms directly across the hall from each other (one with a queen bed, the other room with 2 singles).

The Club Campestre Beach Club is a private club and arrangements can be made to access the facility (please inquire for additional details). If you are not on one of our golf packages there is a food and beverage minimum. The beach club does have poolside food and beverage service plus spa services to help make your vacation perfect.

If you are interested in a golf package, below are the golf course descriptions and normal daily rack rates for the interested golfers. We have week long packages that are priced as little as $495 for the week, a great value:

Club Campestre – (Rack rate $180), a Nicklaus designed course was recently named as one of the “Top 20 best maintained courses in North America” by Golf Digest. Club Campestre was also named “The Best New Resort Course in all of Mexico”. Enjoy the incredible panoramic views, dramatic elevation changes, and championship greens with the Sea of Cortez, mountain and canyon views from every hole as a scenic back drop.

Cabo Real Golf Club – (Rack rate $235), a Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course, has been the host of two PGA senior events. First opened to play in December of 1994, this extraordinary golf course immediately gained worldwide recognition. Cabo Real Golf Club has three signature ocean front holes. The dramatic visual beauty of these holes was captured at their best during the PGA Senior Grand Slam. Television fans from around the world were treated to an amazing performance by whales breaching just yards away from these amazing holes.

Puerto Los Cabos – (Rack rate $250)… start with The Shark… finish with The Bear! Puerto Los Cabos is pleased to announce the opening of our Puerto Los Cabos Composite Course consisting of 9 holes from the Mission Course, designed by Greg Norman and 9 holes from the Marina Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Jack Nicklaus will soon return to construct an additional 9 holes making it the resort course open to public play. The Greg Norman Mission Course will be private, reserved solely for the homeowners of the community. Both of these fabulous courses will faithfully carry out the vision of two of the greatest players of all time. There will be a $20 per person up-charge at check-in, the PLC golf course is now all inclusive. There are food stations, grills and bars on the course that you will pass 4 times during your round.

Large enough for 4 adults and 2 kids...and then some

Lovely home with amazing golf course, mountain and ocean views (from 2nd floor). There's a community pool that's easily accessible. You definitely need a car - but driving around is easy.

Beautiful home in Club Campestre, San Jose

Three couples stayed at this condo for 3 weeks and found it to be good for a long stay. It is in a gated community 10 minutes southwest of San Jose del Cabo and a short drive to a grocery store, Starbucks, diner, and bank/ATM. Walking is challenging from distance, hills, and heat. Taxis are difficult & expensive (our taxi from the airport could not find our unit, no taxis ‘happen by’ and there is no nearby taxi stand). A car is a necessity. Nearby areas: Cabo San Lucas is 25 minutes by car, easy day trips to small towns such as Todos Santos, 20 minutes to airport by toll road. In the complex, you can joint their private Beach Club (on beach, with pool and restaurant, requires a short drive from unit. Another pool is available to those in the complex. Neither is a lap pool, both are good for lounging and have Jacuzzis.

The manager, Jim, went above and beyond to help us on arrival (e.g., TV and Internet needed set up, living area fan remote needed new batteries, trash can was ‘hidden’ in washer/driver patio area, basic tools were missing or broken such as broom, coffee maker). Jim had everything working within 24 hours and supported us throughout the stay. He set up our car rental (we had planned to use taxis and occasionally rent a car) and airport transportation. He gave us a driving tour of shortcuts to the store and town. He answered questions (e.g., where to buy gas or obtain US$). We cannot speak highly enough of his and his wife’s graciousness.

In terms of the condo, we took too literally a review stating it was exceptionally well appointed. It is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable for 3 couples or a family with kids (3 bedrooms, with private baths). It’s on a golf course. But it was not well appointed if using the kitchen. Knives were dull, basic tools (e.g., basting brush) were not available, pans and basic tools/plates, etc. are low-end designed for occasional use rather than what we would expected based on the review. It was workable but not what we would consider to be exceptionally well appointed. Beds are comfortable, as is living/dining room furniture.

We would stay in this complex again for an extended trip and wouldn’t discourage renting this particular unit, but just be aware that ‘well appointed’ varies. Any issues would easily be solved by brining basic kitchen tools, seasonings, etc. It’s a great choice if you’re prepared.

Almost perfect

Our place was comfortable well appointed and very homey. We are used to the creature comforts in our every day life and expect the same in our vacation stays. This place met all our expectations. The golf was a added bonus, as well as enjoyment of the community pool and BBQ Grill. We will be looking forward to a return visit. We will tell all our friends about this great location . The almost perfect part is that we never went out to the beach club till the day of departure. Big Fat Mistake! Wow that merits a reveiw of its own. Next time.

Every person who we encountered was kind, and went out of there way to make our visit extra special.

Slice of Heaven!

My husband and I had an extensive list of "wants" in a place we were going to rent for a week for our family vacation. We were lucky to find this gem as it was everything we were looking for and more. It's super clean, modern, cozy, brand new, central from surrounding towns, and had a beautiful view that backs right on a golf course. You can even see the ocean from the top patio! The master room is stunning with its own ensuite bath. The 2nd room had two single beds which were perfect for my two daughters. They even had their own ensuite bathroom as well. The kitchen, dining and living is open concept combined with the back patio to the golf course. It was perfect because I was able to keep an eye on my kids from all corners of the room.

My in-laws came to visit for a few days and they stayed in the room upstairs where they had their own private escape. Their room had two sets of double doors, ensuite bathroom, huge patio and a beautiful warm breeze. At night it was gorgeous to sit up there and watch the shooting stars.

The beach house is gorgeous. It was literally a 2-minute drive from the house. They have an infinity pool overlooking the beach and ocean and the service was excellent. The food is amazing too!

There's a local grocery store right by the beach house that we always stopped at to pick up groceries, alcohol...etc. before we went back to the house. It was super convenient. A couple times we went to Cabo San Lucas for lunch and did some shopping - definitely more of a tourist area. There was a smaller town the opposite way called San Jose. Tons of great restaurants with a mix of tourists and locals.

This house was in a great spot because it was in between both towns, close to beach, spacious and very clean. It's perfect for every occasion. This place is a slice of Heaven. It was such a perfect vacation, we can't wait to go back again!
