Welcome to our beautiful coastal retreat- a 3 bedroom vacation home in the heart of South Venice. Nestled just minutes from the beautiful shores of Venice Beach, Manasota Beach, and Caspersen Beach, this property offers the perfect blend of coastal tranquility and modern comforts.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room or step outside to enjoy the private pool and soothing hot tub. Catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV or challenge your loved ones to a game night in the dedicated game room.

When it's time to explore, you'll find local attractions just a short drive away. Spend the day soaking up the sun on the pristine beaches or venture out to discover the charming shops and restaurants along Venice Ave. Back at the property, enjoy the refreshing pool and spa and soak up the sun. The pool is heated in the colder months (October-April) to 86F, spa is heated for 4 hours every day (6PM-10PM), year-round to 95F. Please note: in unusually cold weather the electric heater might not be able to reach the advertised temperature as warm water evaporates quickly.

With thoughtful amenities like free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, and a travel crib, this vacation home is designed to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. This may be hands down the cleanest most well maintained homes I’ve stayed in. It has everything you could need plus so many extras. The hot tub is the best part, it is so big and the perfect temp after a long day on the beach.I would recommend this stay to anyone

Wall maintained and clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood close to all the stuff. Wonderful warm pool and hot tub after a day of fun in the sun. Great biking, hiking, beaches and golf all nearby. Very responsive and friendly host as well. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything was perfect, especially the pool and spa! The pool temperature was always consistent, and it only took a short amount of time in the mornings to warm-up. The spa was a nice touch because of the water falling into the pool. Very relaxing! We also made good use of the bikes. It only took about 30 minutes to bike to Manasota Beach, riding through the beautiful neighborhoods.

Amazing Stay

This is the 2nd time in 3 years we have stayed at one of their properties and just like last time everything was fantastic. Plenty of room for us and our 3 boys. The house was clean and pool was great. Perfect location to all beaches. Will be snagging this place for next year if it's available!

The house was perfect for our family. Enough space for our adult children to have privacy, and the layout and amenities promoted spending quality time together! Attention to the small details made it extra special. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, coolers, shark hunting tools), cooking-ready kitchen supplies, plenty of linens for the beach and pool, gas grill.

This property was top notch! Our family of 4 had a wonderful time. Conveniently located minutes from soo many good beaches, did lots of shark tooth hunting (found HUNDREDS). The pool was loved by all of us. Check in/out was a breeze. Dorcia sent us check in info an hour before check in, so we were ready the moment we pulled in. House had everything you need, and then some! House was extremely clean, and well decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and small appliances; as well as spices, water bottles, and tupperware. Coffee bar was a plus :) We grilled outside as well, grill worked great and was clean. Fresh sponge and plenty of dishwasher pods. Layout and ammenities of the house were very family friendly. Airhockey table was the coolest addition and surprise for my daughter. Closet had toys and games. My kids didn't even want to watch the TV, played at the beaches and pool all week long. Garage is well stocked with pool toys, floaties, all the beach gear you need! We loved using the poster in the living room for referrals of where to go for fun and food. Neighborhood is nice, and easy to navigate. Highly recommend, and look forward booking again!

We had a lovely stay! Very Clean,Very organized and stocked with everything you need Everything!! Great location close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, easy neighborhood to bike in {the bikes are really nice also} The hosts are beyond SuperHosts!!! I will definitely book again.

We loved this place! Screen in porch, back deck, great floor plan, and lots of room for our family to spread out. The best stocked place I’ve ever stayed. Quick response every time I emailed with a question. Clean and cute decor.

Superb Stay Once Again!

Great house in fabulous location! So well stocked with everything you need to make your stay most comfortable. From kitchen items to towels and linens, to bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely eveything you need is there. Home is spotless when you arrive and the Hosts are most responsive and helpful. I have stayed here twice and will most definitely stay again on our next trip to Venice!

Beach Time Villa is perfectly located, close to all the shopping, dining and the wonderful Gulf coast beaches. Shamrock Park & Nature Center is a quick bike ride away. The house is newly remodeled and tastefully furnished with new furnishings, quality linens and fluffy towels. The main living area is sunny, opened and spacious, which is perfect for gathering and spending time with your family or friends. There is a family room with a sleeper sofa and a TV. The game room has an air hockey table, extra seating, and some other cool games to play. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms for privacy and features it/s own master bathroom. The screened lanai is a perfect spot for some coffee or drinks. The back yard has an above ground pool and a wooden deck with a table and chairs great for family dinners. There is a hammock for relaxing or reading a great book and an extra bench for hanging out....

Welcome to your home away from home, The Beach Time Villa is centrally located in the heart of South Venice. This is a great area for biking, walking, jogging or sprinting.
The house is spacious, bright and charming and perfect for spending time with friends or family. We have created many sitting areas, inside and outside so that everyone can find their favorite spot.
It is tastefully furnished and decorated, with modern furnishings, has all new mattresses and it is very well stacked with good quality kitchen items, bed linens, towels, toiletries, beach towels and gear, pool floats and 2 beach cruiser bikes. We supply, plenty of toilet and towel papers, laundry detergents and cleaning supplies.....
