Dette fem etasjers hjemmet på Aspen Highlands er utstyrt med en heis med tilgang til de fem soverommene, et romslig kjøkken, et underholdende område med biljardbord, våt bar, vinkjøleskap, stort jacuzzi, gjørme rom, balkonger med utsikt.
TV-er i hvert rom (med 800 kanaler) og to bad med steam-rom.
Huset har også en to-bil garasje og stor skapplass.
Stuen og spisestueområdene er nettopp totalrenovert med et luksuriøst fjellutseende.
Tregulvet er upåklagelig, og stuelamper er samtalestykker.
Det er to ildsteder. Den ene ligger i hovedstuen og den andre i Hovedsoverommet i toppetasjen.
Det er også grill for sommergriller.

Magnificent Aspen Highlands Home

We were a group of 4 couples and the house worked for us perfectly. The living spaces were a delight be in and the bedrooms were all generous. The location was ideal, being right next to the Elkhorn Lodge, so super easy to get to the mountain lifts. We all had a wonderful time. Thanks Maria for your home and for making us feel welcome. Best Family vacation ever

Beautiful home, right at the base of Aspen Highlands, quick 5 minute walk to rent skii's, pick up clothing, busses to other Aspen slopes. Next door to the Ritz with some privileges such as pool, spa, resturant etc. The home is simply ideal for a family or close friends for a stay in Aspen Highlands. Each Bedroom has insuite baths, TV's (not that you need them except to watch Warren Miller ski videos). You can literately ski from the slop to the front door. Convenient ski hangers and boot room just inside the garage door. We had Christmas and Christmas Eve dinners catered and recommended by the owner. Food was excellent prepared and cleaned up while my family could enjoy each other.

Spring Break Vacation

We spent two weeks as a family of 6 in this beautiful home over spring break. Can’t express how perfect the location is to highalnds for skiing. The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was super easy and she is extremely organized. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Reason to thanks in Thanksgiving -magnificent mansion

If you're considering a house rental in Aspen look no more! We searched through every possibility within our filters in VRBO and this was the indisputable best choice. The living room and dining area are next to each other making for a large area to entertain. We have friends in town that we wanted to invite over for Thanksgiving and it worked out perfect. The house has a formidable location for all outdoor sports and is in the best neighborhood of the area known as Highlands, right were the best Aspen skiing is-that's our opinion.

Summer to remember

Having stayed here made a world of a difference to me and my family. The house is a-m-a-z-i-n-g-l-y beautiful and the location can't be beaten. Turns out that during the Summer traffic is sometimes closed to Maroon Bells,one of the most photograph places in the World and the public bus that takes you there is just around the corner from the house. At the suggestion of Maria,the owner, we went and had a picnic there that we will NEVER forget. It was picture perfect! The house was the best desicion in our vacation for so many reasons.

It doesn't get better than this!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day week! The house is ideal for a vacation and we really enjoyed the free rides by Aspen Mountain Taxi for the guests that stay at the house. The Ritz amenities are another plus. It's location couldn't be better for either Summer sports and adventures and skiing.

This is a top of the line property!

There are great places in Aspen but this house is my favorite. We go every year and now that we found this beautiful home we plan to keep staying there. Maria the owner has gone all out to make it beautiful,welcoming,elegant and comfortable all at the same time. It is also #1 for is because of the location!!!

No doubt best property in Aspen all year round

This was our third stay in 64 Prospector and our first time in Autumn. In the past we rented the property for skiing -both during Thanksgiving and Spring brake and we couldn't praise more the convenience of the location of this mansion. Now we have fallen in love with it even more since it is so close to marvelous Marron Bells national park where the changing of the seasons is so spectacularly evident. We can wait to come in the Summer the house is perfect for outdoor sports. I give it a 10!

Most beautiful Autumn ever!

We chose this property to visit Aspen during the changing of leaves and what a hit it was! The house is beautiful,impeccable and has the best location. The owner has another location in Fisher Island that we have leased and we loved so when she Recomended her home in Aspen for this time of the year we went for it. This spectacle of seeming the yellow Aspen trees mixed with other tones of red and orange and burgundy in the mountains was a treat. We look forwards to coming with our family again in the future. For winter and Summer the house would be great because of its location.

Spectacular

Great home in a great location, perfect for our family vacation of hiking, fishing and eating out in Aspen. Also, was a cool place for entertaining our friends who live in the valley. House is beautiful with large bedrooms (great for our high school and college kids) and having the Ritz next door for the spa and gym was a nice bonus. Shuttles and taxi service made it all very easy to get anywhere. Have rented several times in Aspen, can assure you this was a wonderful place to stay. Maravilloso

#1 in ASPEN

This mansion is bar none the best of the best! Ideally located and no expense was spared to make it comfortable and beautiful. We loved the living room/dining room/kitchen area and the downstairs living room/media room with bar and billiard. Great home for a family that wants to spend quality time and that loves the outdoor.

TRULY MAGICAL SUMMER HOUSE!

This is by unanimous decision the best vacation ever for our family and it was to a great extent because we chose this house. It is the PERFECT Summer house because all you have to do is walk outside and you have endless options of outdoor adventures. Starting with a great mountain in your backyard! The house itself is fantastic and two of the master bedrooms have steam baths! The house is so enormous that we joked around saying that each floor must have a different zip code. Our only advise to our gracious landlady is that she should get an intercom system because you can get lost inside her beautiful mansion.

Fabulous Summer House!!!

This was a memorable house!!! No wonder they say ski in the Winter buy in the Summer! This house met our every need. We went hiking every morning to the mountain in the backyard and then for coffee in the Ritz Carlton next door and then to the pool. We also enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watching all the birds and trees and flowers. Truly a lovely house. There is so much to do in Aspen and it is so conveniently located-yet we loved this house so much that we decided to enjoy it to the fullest.

SUPER LOCATION & HOUSE

From the moment we arrived my husband and I knew we picked the best property in Aspen. It is a dream house, we even inquired wether it was for sale! We could see the slopes from the dining table while we had our morning coffe and then we went skiing ourselves. We skied in and then jumped in the oversized jacuzzi. A couple of times we got massages at the Ritz Carlton Spa a couple of steps away and we walked back with our bathrobes to the house. We counted 47 steps away. It is that close. We have been visiting Aspen every Winter for the past 8 years and we have never found a property that even compares. We will surely return.

This house should have 25 Stars!

Location,location,location. This one has no parallel! We have never felt so comfortable and in style as in this Aspen mansion that feels like an elegant home! After a long day skiing we collapsed in the huge jacuzzi, then we played pool in the game room and stayed with our friends having drinks at the full/wet bar in the house. We hardly went out this time around. One of the most memorable nights we ordered ribs delivered from Shorty's BBQ and had the time of our lives.

Because it has the best location in all Aspen! The house is beautiful and has incredible amenities. Everyone that comes visit has a WOW moment!
