This is a recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath house in the historical district of Bend. Rare - original structure burned down so this is a larger home in cute neighborhood of small craftsman homes and only 3 1/2 blocks to downtown bend, Old Mill and riverfront. Leave your car behind and walk to all the cool places and take the city shuttle to Mt. Bachelor. Part of the trendy 'westside' of Bend, but much closer to everything than most.

Included sleeping for 12 on seven beds - 1 king, 3 queen beds, comfy convertible sofa that becomes double bed and an futon chair that converts to a x-long twin.

Full kitchen with high end appliances, gas fireplace in living room, 50' LED TV plus 32' TVs in bedroom, high-speed internet and large 8 person hot tub with a fire pit close by.

A perfect stay near the heart of Bend

The house was in perfect condition and in an ideal location for experiencing all the Bend has to offer. We walked up to Pilot Butte and downtown all in the same day. Steve and Lori were truly wonderful to communicate with and worked with us to sort out all the logistics. I would absolutely recommend anyone considering Bend stay here.

Nice overall, close to town and the mountain, located next to busy street hot tub not private

Stayed for 9 days with a group of 6 guys on a snowboarding trip, house was clean and had enough room and bedding for all of us. Located right on a busy street from the hot tub you could wave at traffic, water in tub was never changed or cleaned, tv had issues, gas fireplace made too much noise couldn't use it, no sharp knives had to buy some, clothes dryer issues too. Steve and Lori were very nice and the tv issue was fixed after a call to Steve, overall the place was satisfactory but for the price there are nicer options out there

Great location, responsive owners, a few minor issues

The house was in a great location, although while we were staying, there was a lot of construction. Hopefully that will be finished soon. We were able to walk to local breweries and the amphitheater was close as well, which was perfect for Bend Brewfest. The house was very clean and well taken care of, and the owners were so helpful with any issues that arose while we were staying at the house. The A/C is either really weak, or wasn't working. Steve called and tried to walk us through it, but we weren't able to get it figured out. Luckily the days cooled down for the remainder of our stay so it ended up being a non-issue. Also, we were never able to get the wifi working. It looked like someone had tried to change some settings, or the way the router was hooked up, so the standard plug and unplug, or reset, did not work either. There was some confusion with the garbage and recycling, but Lori was able to call me and clear it up. It sounded like it was a one time issue because the cleaning company had forgotten to move the bins back to their original location. One more thing I would note is that if you are planning on having anyone use the extra sleeping areas that are not beds, to bring your own sheets as there weren't any for the ottoman or futon. All in all we really enjoyed the layout of the house and the location, and the owners were extremely responsive when we reached out. I would highly recommend this to large groups, families with kids/teenagers, or just a couple looking for more space. We had people staying in the main house as well as the studio, and both were set up very well for guests.

Great Place!

We had 2 families here w/ 3 kids and 2 dogs and the place was a great fit. The owners have NOT skimped on this place; all the amenities are high end and the furniture and beds are really nice. Beautiful build on this place, including striking 5" hardwood. Hottubs don't hurt either!! The location here can't be beat...especially since it's so close to Crux:) A walk downtown takes about 7 mins. The area this is in is also really nice, everything is very friendly and safe feeling and walks w/ the kids were great. A wonderful spot for families or dog owners!!

On the road to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes Recreation Area. Best location, best quality, best value in downtown Bend.
