Come and relax in our roomy 2 BR/2BA condo on the 1st floor of the friendly and convenienty located White Sands Village on Alii Dr. Our condo is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It sleeps up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a 47' flat screen TV with a Bluetooth stereo and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking/dining in and has full size appliances. The large lanai offers a nice ocean view with a bistro table set to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and a larger table for outdoor dining. Lots of fans and central air conditioning will keep you cool. Pack lighly as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Reserved covered parking is directly below the unit.

Drop your bags, head out the door and in 2 minutes you'll have your toes in the warm sand at White Sands Beach, also known as Magic Sands Beach. Bask in the sun, go boogie boarding in the waves, or just relax and enjoy the sunset at this popular beach. The beach has a staffed lifeguard stand, outdoor shower, restrooms and a beach volleyball court. Just a mile down the road is the famous snorkeling beach Kahalu'u where many varieites of colorful tropical fish and green sea turtles can be seen. We have beach chairs, mats, beach towels, cooler bag, boogie board and snorkel gear for your use. Also close by are great paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing areas. The complex is just 4 miles south of Kona village with it's many restuarants, shops and a Farmer's Market to explore. The pier downtown is a great starting point for a paddle or an open-water swim with the dolphins along the marked IronMan World Triathlon course. A ride on the open-air Alli Trolley is a fun way to travel to town.

The facilities at White Sands Village include: a refreshing salt water swimming pool and spa with many comfortable chaise lounges as well as tables with umbrellas for shade, covered barbeque/dining area with several barbeques, pool table, lending library and free reservable tennis courts. The complex has elevators in each building and an on-site office.

Loved It!

This condo was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet. Having the beach right across the street was awesome!! We saw several sea turtles and my boys had a blast playing at the beach. The owners had beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc. for use. We used the condo pool and hot tub one day when it was raining. So nice to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The condo is very conveniently located and the owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Sometimes You Don't Get What You Pay For - Sometimes You Get More

We just returned from a week stay in Hawaii. This unit was perfect for our style of vacation. We found this 2 bedroom condo clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The kitchens is well stocked and the owners are nice enough to share beach items such as snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, coolers etc., great for mainland vacationers (we so appreciated having these available). We also used the heck out the "Hawaii Book for Dummies" to help us navigate the island. Centrally located and a nice home away from home vacation.

Everything for a nice vacation!

We had a very sweet, comfortable stay at this condo, close to several beaches, a small marketplace. Definitely enjoyed the pool, the beautiful view, the full kitchen and the parking spot that was underneath the building. Would rent it out again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The owner was very prompt about returning email inquiries. He also left very helpful and detailed instructions about how to get to the place, how to get in, etc. The unit was very clean and afforded a nice ocean view. The unit was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, as well as tv's, books, games, and a big supply of beach stuff - chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. The location is away from the busiest city center, but still close enough to be walkable. A very nice public beach is directly across the street. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Best place on the Big Island

The condo is very nice with excellent amenities. The location to Magic Sands beach and to the snorkeling beach 1 mile away is great. The condo has all sorts of gear for the beach, snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs, coolers etc. We had an excellent time and will be sure to stay here again.
